I used vistaprint last year for our invites for corporate events and the quality really was bad. I did some research and found minted. The next round of cards were most remarkable and the price not much higher.

I ordered my daughters baby invitations on 12-16-20 and they were sent out 12-18-20 an I received them 12-20-20! They are excellent and everything we wanted plus the prompt service was great considering slow mail service

Minted Great First Experience

We ordered holiday cards for our clients, and we enjoyed our experience with Minted. I was particiularly impressed by the delivery - it was very fast! I was impressed by the quality of the cards, the spare envelops (which we weren't expecting), the letter about the independent artist, and the compostable packaging! I would use Minted Again!

Minted Amazing customer service

I had a great experience with Minted's customer service, both via phone and via email communications. I had made a personal error on my wedding invites and was requesting that I could add return addresses to my envelopes, and long story short their team bent over backwards to help me make it right without charging me anything. They apologized for putting me on hold for less than 5 minutes while they worked to figure everything out. They replied to my emails in less than a day and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the higher cost of these invites because of the quality of service you also get with your purchase.

Minted I had a great experience!

I ordered my 2019 holiday cards from Minted in mid-December. They arrived on Saturday, 12/21/19, but were stolen off of my porch before I could retrieve them.

I contacted Minted customer service on Monday, 12/23. I let them know what happened and asked if there was any way I could get more cards (I was willing to pay for another order if I had to, and had also filed a police report for the package theft). I got emails from not one, but two customer service reps., apologizing for something that wasn't even their fault.

They re-printed my cards on Monday, got them in the mail on Tuesday, and when FedEx delivered them on Wednesday the FedEx guy waited at the door for me to answer and retrieve my package. They did not charge me for the new order, and my cards/pre-addressed envelopes were exactly as I had ordered them.

I cannot say enough great things about the company or their customer service. I feel like they went above and beyond, for something that wasn't their fault at all.

Minted Best decision I've made

In the midst of a tremendously stressful and frustrating wedding planning season, my heart was heavy having so many little frustrations on things going wrong with little details on my wedding. Thankfully, minted was a break from all of my frustrations in the planning process. They truly helped me feel like a bride again! We ordered the mini books. Our order was absolutely perfect! We love traveling and got to include multiple images from our various prior trips. We paid the little extra for the pearlescent touch and it was worth every penny! The shiny on every detail brought the biggest smile to my face! Not to mention the PRINTED addresses so my fianc? and I didn't have to mess with it at all! I was so scared after reading the reviews on here from people who had negative reviews, but it was the furthest thing from my experience! I am so so grateful that I chose to use them for my invites! Thank you minted for helping a super stressed out bride feel excited about her wedding again! I will be recommending you to any and everyone I know! Thank you thank you thank you! :)

Ordered Christmas cards with expedited shipped on 12/6. Once I realized they werent coming over a week later I called to have them canceled so I could just do something like *** They offered me OVERNIGHT shipping so I Wouldnt cancel, ok. Said it was going to production on 12/15, would ship and be overnight delivered on the 16. Nothing. Called back and got the same story, still no processing. Its 12/17 and Im on hold again to cancel. Finally get an email that they have shipped- now its. SATURDAY so I will not get these items overnight. Im so mad, this is my first Christmas card and the experience is ruined. Never again.

I cant even put into words the nightmare experience I have had this past week with Minted. I spent an entire week of back and forth with customer service trying to get my wedding invitations to look right. The amount of errors was mind blowing. I think customer service is outsourced outside of the US and there is a MAJOR communication issue. Today I randomly got an email that my entire order was cancelled. I dont even know what to do at this point because I put in so much time and effort. Im extremely upset. I was ready to spend the almost $1000 that it cost to get invitations from them but they just couldnt get them right no matter what I did. Im a lawyer and Im actually considering whether I have a consumer protection claim against them. Steer clear of this nightmare company!

Very bad customer service. Me credit card was hacked making 3 orders almost $2000. The person answering the phone put me on hold many times while conversing with upper management. After almost an hour I was told they would be investigating and get back to me in *** hours. Two orders were already charged paid. The last order was pending. I said please put a stop on that pending order. The associate on the phone said that only the credit card company can stop a charge, which is not true. *** told me the merchant has to stop it. Stay far away from this company. I will never use them again.

When I received the order, the printing was awful. I reached out to them that same day wanting them to correct their error. They offered me a 25% refund even though it was their error. They said they would not give me a full refund and would reprint the cards with expedited shipping. It has been 4 days and the order has still not shipped. They are blaming production time yet it's taking longer than my original order but it's supposed to be "priority" in production. I asked for a full refund and for them to cancel my replacement order since it's too late to need them. They want to charge ME a fee to cancel the replacement order for their mistake.

I ordered a large framed print from Minted in 2022 which was costly but it's a statement piece in my living room. Unfortunately, something fell on the frame and nicked both the glass and picture frame. Given how little time had passed from receiving the frame and the damage, I reached out to Minted's customer service to see if there is anything they could do to help but had little expectations. Much to my surprise, Minted looked into the purchase and replaced the entire frame! I am SO thankful that now my art isn't damaged and will definitely be a customer of theirs again.

Company has lied to me every day about when I will receive my order. They promised it would arrive in time to send the cards out before Christmas, and they did not deliver. Now we are approaching Christmas and there is still no end in sight. Each day they tell me its shipping but then they dont ship it. This should be illegal, it is not okay to make false promises every day with little to no compensation for the issues.

Placed an order for New Years cards that were promised to arrive in late December. After the cards didnt arrive, I logged into my account to see that the estimated delivery date was updated to January 4th. Not only did the cards not arrive as promised, but the order hadnt even been processed yet. I received no email or contact from the company to inform me of the delay. Im still waiting on a refund for my $250 order. So disappointing to not have holiday cards to send to family this year! Will steer clear of using this company in the future, as their shipping dates and website information are deceptively inaccurate!

Not recommended! A wedding is meant to be one of the best days of your life and the planning process is stressful enough without multiple mistakes from vendors.Minted was by far the most frustrating vendor I encountered while planning our big day! I ordered wedding invitations, belly bands, direction cards and rsvp cards. Overall, I thought the website worked nicely and the proof verification was the best part of the Minted experience. Sadly, I had to wait almost 30 days before my order was produced and shipped. When I received my order, my box contained blank rsvp cards, blank invitations, torn envelopes, envelopes with ink spots and crinkled invitations. I had to speak with six different customer service representatives and then received a replacement shipment. Unfortunately, my second replacement order arrived with someone else's invitations and ink smudged envelopes. Minted's marketing and custom design concepts are nice. But that's about it. I would not recommend putting your time or trust into this company for such an important occasion.

I ordered my cards with Minted in December. I paid 35$ of overnight shipping. We are January 19th and I still did not receive my cards! I wish I had gone with another company but now I am just hoping one day the cards will show up. Apparently they were delivered, but to a different city, different person, not even someone on my contact list! So someone I dont know have all my cards, all my personal information and 65 contacts with their personal family names and address. Quite the data breach :)I used Minted since early 2010's and subscribe to Minted more, it is my last time. The company is not respecting its customer. Here is what happened:I contacted them and they told me they were delivered. I checked the tracking, they were delivered to another address, not even someone on my recipient list.They offered to send me a replacement at no extra cost! This made me react. I mean, no extra cost?! I have been waiting for a month, I paid express, and you delivered a week ago to someone else who has all my private info. And the best thing they can do: place a second order but I don't have to pay it twice!So after some common sense chat, the representative gave me a 15% off the order. I was floored, but she said that is all she can do! I told her, after such mistake, they should refund the order. She said she cannot.I asked for the email and address so I write a formal complaint, it is not serious that someone else received all my private stuff. She would not give me that info. I insisted, and apparently they are not allowed to. Additionally, I have been so impressed with their customer service! Each time I've reached out, someone has gotten back to me in less than 24 hours with viable a solution and remedied the problem very quickly.

This is my first time using minted and it just may be my last.The past couple of years, friends of mine would use this company for their Christmas cards and they were always really nice quality so I decided to try them out this year. I ordered on 12/5 and paid extra for expedited shipping. This is the most I've ever spent for Christmas cards, but this year I wanted it to be extra special because my husband and I had to move and we are so far away from all our family and friends. With the expedited shipping it was supposed to be delivered by 12/15. 12/15 came and I checked the website and it showed a new delivered by date 12/17. I didn't even get an email notifying me of this change? I contacted customer service told them my situation and had to ask to be refunded the expedited shipping fee I paid for. Would minted have just kept my money and not apologize or give me any update if I didn't contact them myself? 12/17 came then I noticed another new delivery date 12/20... and still no communication of why it was being delayed once more. They send me lots of emails to get me to buy other products, but no email updates about the order I already paid for. I refreshed my computer screen and now the delivery date is 12/22! I contacted customer service again and told them my situation. I let them know that there was no way I would have ordered from minted if I knew my cards would arrive 2 days before Christmas Eve. If I receive it on this day, there is no way my friends and family would get these Christmas cards on time. The customer service rep told me she could help me change it to be a happy New Years card... But I was not pleased with that solution. She offered me overnight shipping when the cards get printed so I should receive my cards 12/21. I had no choice at this point because if I tried to cancel my order and go with another company it would most likely arrive the same time as the minted cards (which is late). Sending out cards this late makes me look like a slacker or gives the impression to friends and family that I forgot about them until the last minute. Not a good look. I just wish that they would be honest about delivery dates and not offer expedited shipping with a promised delivery date when it is not possible. I am a very understanding person and I know that companies can run into issues and whatnot but that's when you need to communicate. Reach out to the customer. Don't make the customer have to reach out to you. Don't make the customer have to ask for a refund of their expedited shipping fee when you know you will be delivering late. Like I said this is my first time ever using minted and the experience stressed me out. I know not having Christmas cards on time is a first world problem, but I expected more from this company. Online they look to be very professional, but that was not my experience.

I ordered my cards on November 30th. I paid for expedited shipping and Minted said I would have them by December 10th. On Dec.17th they were not here and I checked my order and the website now said December 20th. I called and complained and they promised my order would be overnighted and that a supervisor would call me back, but nothing. Silence. Just received an email saying my card was out of stock and they would be refunding me in 12 days or so. I mean, wow. Took them 21 days to tell me they were not sending my cards. And they Hijacked over $600 for over a month. Do not use this Company, waste of money, effort and time.

Minted Never again!

I have been a customer for over 5 years & have ordered Birthday Invitations, Baptisms Invitations, Baby Annoucements, Calendars, labels for school, and Christmas ornament cards through the years... and I am in disbelief of the poor customer service I am experiencing among clearly so many others. I'm baffled that I even recommended Minted as a resource to others & can not see me ever doing that again.

Like so many? I placed my order on 11/30 and originally quoted a 12/16 estimated delivery, I followed up when I saw no progress on my order & was told it would be a 12/17 delivery, called again today when I saw it hadn't even shipped & told it would ship out today but they were going to contact the printing department to confirm & email me - that never happened- I posted on Facebook & was asked to provide my order # so they could look into it... I immediately did that & eventually heard back from that they were doing the best they can & upgrading my delivery to an overnight Saturday delivery. I even noticed my order had an estimated delivery moved up to 12/19. So I had hope that I could potentially turn these around & some of the recipients might get them before Christmas... well... foolish me... I never heard back from Minted and noticed my delivery is back to 12/21.

Minted did reach out but only to see if I wanted to change my ornament card order to a New Years card... are you kidding me?!? I have ordered ornament cards since 2015 and it's sort of become our family signature - some of my family even have held onto them through the years... I ordered these on 11/30. And now they are asking me to see if I want to change them to New Years cards?!? They also tried to assure me since a shipping label was created & provided the tracking?- but unless it's actually left the facility & in FedEx's hands- it doesn't really mean anything! This is now going beyond frustrating & disappointing... now it's insulting.

On a year where many of us have not seen our friends & family as much as we would like & in some cases at all... I was really looking forward to sending these out & feel a little more connected this year... what Minted has done is irreparable., had they been honest - many of us could have made an informed decision to order or not if it wasn't going to make it on time... instead they decided to trick people... disgraceful.

Minted Holiday card delay

I ordered my holiday cards on 11-30 and it's 12-10 (the date I was originally scheduled to receive the cards by). The cards still have not been shipped. I have called customer service repeatedly and they won't answer the phone. My estimated delivery date is now extended to 12-14. Apparently lots of customers are having this problem this year. If they could not fulfill the orders, then they should not have taken them.

Minted I don't recommend this service

They printed a wrong information on my invitations. I think it was the worst mistake they only could make.
They changed our wedding date! I am absolutely sure that couldn't tell them a different information. What kind of a bride am I if I have no idea about the most important day of my life?
I tried to call, but there was no one to talk to except for a voice machine...
I am extremely disappointed with you, guys...

Minted Buyer beware

I purchased wedding invitations from Minted. The cost was excessive but I really liked the design. I agonized over editing the design to make it perfect. However, when I received the invitations there was a logo. I contacted them and was told there had to be a logo on the item and they would not remove it. With the logo on the invitations looked horrible. As a customer who is spending a lot of money (actually almost $1000), I expect to receive something that I ordered. I demanded a refund, because the invitations looked horrible. But they refused and said that is only my fault, because I didn't ask any details. Horrible service!
