Microland Limited / Microland limited - worst company - unethical management

I was asked to rate your company with a feedback on social media through an email from an HR for Branding collateral's.
I like the idea of "Passion, Vision, Sucess" & Fell in love with the Microland core values of Microland - Ingenuity, Integrity, Respect, Responsiveness, Teamwork & Shareholder Value
But, I felt heartbroken when I found that these values are being violated by the company associates to curb the voice of bottom level employees.
So, yes, I work for you and as requested by your associated in an email here are my thoughts on your remotely based facilities across India.
1) Microland Misrepresents Information & makes false promises
'Microland' is a scam company. It lures freshers by offering a job and then put them in training that even the recruiters/ talent transformation department is not sure of their valid use to employees. Learning is good but it makes no sense if one is trained on Datacenter Administration and then gets service centre department to picking calls on " How to delete emails in outlook". Everything is highly "Sugarcoated" for example the salary offered is presented to an employee as CTC ( Cost to company) but in reality, it is employees TEP (Total Earning Potential). So, an employee never gets what is being promised during induction offer letter due to latter deductions for various "unknown' reasons. One may be offered a 22000 salary and will get only 16000. The management always argues that deductions are legit but, Why these deductions are not indicated in the offer package.
So, from the very start of an employee and employer relationship, they are not truthful with their own intentions.
They lie about their graduate trainee programme. In an employee contract it is 3months of classroom training and 15 months of OJT (on job training). The classroom program is structured but, there is no use of it on the production line, making it utterly useless. The 15 months of OJT do not have any structure and is conducted on floor by competitive fellow employees who won't let you be at your best as there will no proper information flow. So, According to contract the 18 months of learning program is mostly a humiliating experience due to unrealistic expectations set by management in-change with no intentions to guide the new employees on know-HOW.( of course, they think training a new employee makes their job vulnerable). In short, Classroom training is the only training one gets, the 15 months of OJT are on mercy of GOD because they are not documented as training rather, it is documented as a comparison to inexperienced employees performance with seasoned professional, which can never be good.
They lie to their clients. There are a lot of cases where an employee have been terminated from the process in the first week of the month but, microland have changed the client with the headcount of the terminated employee for months to their clients without acknowledging them.
There are a lot of other things they lie about. Ley say, " The Shift Allowance". Ideally, the rule is that an employee is eligible for a night shift allowance if h/she works for 4 hours at night. Now, Just imagine the UK shift work hours in outsourced india from 2PM to 11:45PM .. Eligible for night Shift allowance ?? NO!! because its 15 minutes less to 12 AM.
2) Microland Pay Hike is the real "Adjustment" rather than "increase"
You may receive an email from HRs congratulating on your hike, which will be another scam by microland associates as when you analyze your payslip there will be a lot of "adjustments" rather than "increase". So, Do not expect any more money as they won't give you anything.
Microland is a company run by elephants offering peanuts to their employees.
3) Microland legal Advisors & HR are the real "goons"
Microland legal Advisors & HR tend to rationalize employee problems to ensure that issue is curbed and succumbed to emptiness rather than finding realistic solutions to resolve and make the workplace a healthy environment.Thus, Work culture for an individual is an anxious and anxiety duo.
The irony is that "when HRs says something; its policy. When employee follows it and the process fails; its employee retaliation". hence, the higher administration leaves no room for constructive criticism and feedback from employees. However, for paperwork they will take a feedback, a termination interview, a quarterly session for work culture issue..etc... with no feasible conclusions.
Talking of conclusions on employee feedback, Just take a look on my final thoughts:-
4) Microland Employee benefits are equivalent to Nazi Holocaust:-
Yes, It's very close to reality! Microland Employee Benefits are equivalent to Nazi Holocaust. The facilities provided by Microland to its employees are similar to the Nazi concentration camps during the great German holocaust. After witnessing the support services of micorland and their attitude towards employees; I felt a deep remorse for "Anne Frank" who got killed holocaust at young age by Hitler in nazi Germany.
If you don't believe then, just google all the Microland company employee reviews from 2004 to 2017. All of the reviews have one thing in common - "there is no food in cafeterias during regular working hours and no expectation of food during odd working hours"... one HR manager went too far with a group of freshers on this question saying... " Microland build a cafeteria. They ( Microland) never promised there will be food in it" ... The transport services are utterly non-sense. The microland transport department is one of a kind as it hires drivers that do not know where they are going (or) where they have to reach. Such cab drivers are given responsibility to bring you to office on time. Amazing!! One can literally witness the proverb " Blind leads the blind" at microand transport department.
The most shocking part is that all the employee problems are very open on internet from past 9 years ( or more than a decade) with absolutely no initiative from the administration on improvements.
I am certainly now skeptical about the "Value" of Employee Within the Microland Core Values.
