haven't received one penny that was oct 2016 finished the job .

but failed to give the customer what they asked for, which is why he wont pay us our job was Beautiful the costumer loved it but mark had heat matt installed and the customer wanted cable & heated in larger area then what was installed. I will post his address this week. then mark bad mouths his clients I've phoned the client and told them I have text from Mark Saying negative things about them. Also I have proof he wanted us to adjust the bill, making it larger to comp more money from the client.which we said no

I have worked with well over a hundred sub-contractors over my career and I get one complaint from a tile setter's wife.
I guess her claim that I don't pay my contractors is false or else there would be a bunch of such complaints from other contractors on here.
She is the only one...hmmm?
I have a bank draft receipt to show that her claim that she received no payment is false.
It's shame that people can come here and say anything they want to try an tarnish a person's reputation for personal reasons.
I guess that is free speech in action.

Mark Lemohr is a bad person. He doesn't know enough about construction/renovation to be a contractor, he's just a really good salesman. He took advantage of my mom, lied every chance he got. Did not finish anything. Overcharged. He did have a good tile guy for when he had to re redo our shower surround. That was not a typo. I hope he paid that guy. I'm still waiting for him to come back with a sample piece of our baseboard that he removed in september 2017.

He would not return on account of her abuse towards him.
This made it incredibly difficult to finish.
In the end we built them a beautiful kitchen and bathroom.

It is unfortunate that a person can come on here and false claims like these for personal reasons.

This is a cabinet that cost $2500. Mark Lemohr would not procede without an advance payment of another $2, 000.
We terminated our relationship with Mark Lemohr.
This is the completed work of Mark Lemohr. He has been paid in full - over $5, 000 dollars and took 4 months to complete. Buyer beware.
I was also contracted to built an outdoor set of cabinets and sink for an outdoor kitchen and to build an custom outdoor fireplace.
the fireplace was completed and is stunning, although there is no mention of that aspect in this complaint for some reason.
My cabinet maker wound up in ICU with covid and nearly died, as a result his cabinet shop was closed for over a month.
This client took this personally that I was taking too long to complete the project and fired, telling me that he had replaced me with a "real contractor."
Then he asked if he could use my tradesmen to finish, because the new guy didn't have any trades available...for some strange reason.
To show that I had no hard feelings, I agreed to let him use my trades.
And in the end he comes on here and pretends that I didn't do any work.
It is difficult to make some people happy.
