MarinePartDepot Order not received

I ordered four stainless steel lift rings on June 1st, 2021 Order confirmation number yhst-[protected]-113675 At the time of order, it showed everything in stock. They were quick to charge my visa. My order has never been received and when you try to contact them with the number provided, you only ever get an answer machine saying the message book is full, no surprise! I'm only glad I didn't order more. No place to check or leave a review. I should have known.

MarinePartDepot ss boat parts

Ordered $140.00 worth of parts on 10/11/19. on 10/12/19 received notification from stamps.com that a shipping label had been produced and I should receive product in 3 days. It is now 10/25/19 and checking the USPS tracking it has STILL not been shipped. I have emailed both addresses and made numerus calls (most of the time the mailbox is full) but was able to leave a voicemail on the 23rd.
Today is the 25 and STILL NOTHING ! Just called AMEX to stop payment

MarinePartDepot marine boat parts

This company accepted my order via website. They instantly accept credit card.
They then send an email with a USPS tracking number but do not ship the item(s).
Running the tracking number via USPS website, it states a shipping label was created and awaiting item. Days become weeks and the item never ships. Numerous attempts to phone and email the company, but absolutely no reply or response whatsoever.
Several hundred dollars have been taken from my account and I did not receive my items as agreed. This should be a felony and charges should be filed.

MarinePartDepot my order

I recently ordered several parts from the website. Nothing showed up. I received a text from an individual who said they showed up at his house in another state. I have tried repeatedly to email and call the company. No answer/No response. If you don't believe me PLEASE try to call them before you make an order. No one will answer! Still no resolution. Terrible company ethics.

I placed several orders with this company. Some arrived some did not. I too received an email stating USPS shipping label created but then nothing. Over a week later after several attempts to phone and email, I receive absolutely no response. The poor [censored] must have passed away. I suggest not placing any orders from this company as it's apparent they no longer exist.

MarinePartDepot order parts on 05/02/2018 - I have not received the parts. I have called x 3 and left a voice mail, also emailed with no response

I ordered several parts on 05/01/2018 ($46.68) from Marine Part Depot, order number [protected]-101931 with the correct billing and shipping address. I have not received any communication from Marine Part Depot, except a email on 05/08/2018 that a shipment details for my parts with the USPS. The tracking number is 940551169900744557047, which I have tracked and per the instructions it has not been submitted into the USPS. I have called several times and left a x3 voice mails. Most of the time when I call the voicemail box is full and cannot accept and phone calls. I have left a email and again no response. I was up in the area, and I tried to locate Marine Part Depot and I could not find the location, per my iPhone apple maps. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and no parts being delivered.

MarinePartDepot stainless steel marine hardware

Good product selection and prices on their website, but appears to be a fraudulent website that takes orders and promptly processes charges but never ships the item(s). They fake you out by sending a USPS shipping number, but it is a pre-shipment notification only, and they do not subsequently ship. Does not respond to email or phone calls. Do not waste your time or money on these theives. Reported for fraud with CC company.

MarinePartDepot order # yhst-[protected]-xxxxx date of order august 20/2017

On placing order on line Aug 20/17, I have not received order as of today Sept 18/18 Have phone, e-mailed many times to check on order and no reply. My credit card has been charged for material ordered. An e-mail or return phone call would be appreciated to advised details on order, As to the other complaints I have read today re "Marine Parts Depot" its seems that they are a company to stay away from as very poor in customer service

MarinePartDepot I can't contact the seller. I got wrong parts

Stay as far as possible from the company www.marinepartdepot.com. I have ordered boat parts from them, but all of them were wrong and wasn’t what I ordered from them. I called them, but there was only machine voice. I left messages, but no one called me back. I tried again couple of days ago, but the mail box was full and it was really impossible to contact the seller. Any ideas what to do next?

MarinePartDepot Fake parts, no refund

I ordered different parts for my house from the company Marine Part Depot/ Turquois Inc. All parts were defective or broken, so I returned the order back. The seller promised to return my money back, but it was lie and fake excuses. He never replied to my emails and phone calls, so I still haven’t received my money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Hi Folks...I have ordered from this company 4 times now and always received my parts in a very timely manner (like 4 days max).
The Pros: The quality of the parts is very good and attention to detail is also good. Shipping has always been free in my experience and they run many 15% off periods on already hugely discounted parts. You simply can't touch these parts for this price anywhere.

The Cons:That being said, the customer service in terms of communication sucks. I did receive some pelican lifeline hooks with the wrong thread and not as advertised. I tried to return them but communication was a flat zero and I don't simply return parts, I don't care what the policy is. I wound up with the parts for free not once but twice.

In summary...I wish these folks would get their act together as I truly would like to see them survive. I don't understand why people complaining on here simply don't file a dispute with their charge card company. Only one person gets hurt here and it is the company. As far as I can see I have nothing to lose as long as the quality is good which it always seems to be. ...I am happy to discuss my experience and I do NOT work for these guys in any way...

MarinePartDepot Don't do business with this company ever

I ordered some marine parts from this company and had to ship it back base on their return policy.The package was received by them on 03/22/2010 at 10:01 am. Priority Mail. I have tried to contact them about my order tru e-mail and phone calls to no avail, it has been 17 days with no response. If they won't send me the corrected order, then credit my account for the purchase that was made so that I can purchase the items from another company that do BETTER BUSINESS with their customers. AND TO OTHER CONSUMERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!

MARINE PART DEPOT AND TURQUOIS, INC ARE THE WORST! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM> BUYER BEWARE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOGUS EMAIL AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. PRODUCT NEVER SHIPS TO THE CUSTOMER AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! THE US DEPT OF COMMERCE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEM FOR FRAUD!

I agre, the parts have been mostly excellent and the price extraordinary. The shipping can be spotty, one order comes in two days the next never ships. When it doesn't ship there is nothing you can do but get a refund thru, in my case, Paypal. The cost and quaility keep me coming back, the customer service is infuriating. I can't figure out what goes wrong and can't manipulate their system from my end. And they never answer the phone or respond to my emails.

I live in Toronto/Canada I have ordered some parts before and after Christmas and spite of the long distance I got them all on the time no back order no damaged or wrong parts actually I was pleased with the quality off the parts, not the mention free shipping..
that was my experience with Marine Part Depot, I would do business with them any time..

MarinePartDepot Two of the parts ordered rusted the third was defective

I ordered three different stainless steel parts. Two of the parts rusted the third was defective. I foolwed the site instructions returned the defective part via FedEx and have a receipt. Parts depot has ignored my emails and has not refunded for the defective parts.

MarinePartDepot I received nothing back from them and they do not respond to my emails

I've ordered three items from them. The first two are poor quality stainless that rusts. The last order was antenna bases which were were defective. I returned the antenna bases via FedEx, and have a receipt, in accord with their written return policy. I received nothing back from them and they do not respond to my emails.

MarinePartDepot Will not return money

Ordered screws from marinepartsdepot.com. Couldn't use them, returned them as instructed. Will not return money or answer emails or phone calls. Return policy is within 365 days, I returned within 2 months to an address they supplied when I emailed asking for instructions. USPS says it was delivered. I'd ordered a couple of items from them with a satisfactory conclusion. I then ordered a 100 #8 x 1 SS screws. When they arrived they were huge and not #8's. Their return policy says you have 365 days to return. I could not use this size so I emailed them and questioned how to return. They replied with an address. I mailed them back, got USPS notification of delivery and waited 2 weeks for some activity. Nothing happened so I emailed them 3 times with no response. So I called the phone number, a robot answers and says "leave a message" and nothing happens. I've called a different times to make sure they're not away from the phone, no response.
