Malaysia Custom review: Klia2 custom officer 2

11th July 2015, I'm travelling to Singapore with malindo which departure at (KLIA2) Kuala Lumpur international airport 2. Although it's an international budget airport, it doesn't mean the custom officers are allowed to be rude to the travellers. After the immigration, we have to scan our cabin bag and handbags before proceeding to the holding gates. I asked the officer for the tray container to put my handbag and belongs for scanning. The custom officer told me to find the tray container myself. I looked around, the tray container that asked for is far away from where I'm standing and the queue behind me is long. I didn't want to inconvenient others just because I need the tray container, hence, I just place my handbag on the scanning belt. The moment I collect my cabin bag and handbag, I realise the tray container is just place underneath the scanning machine. Why can't the custom officer pass it to me? He don't even need to get up from his seat to pass me that, stretching his arm is such a difficult thing to do?
