Locale King city review: Franco, racist owner 4

Do not go to this racist and unprofessional restaurant called Locale.

I wanted to get the Margherita pizza for take-out and the owner, "Frank" or "Franco" (who looks a lot like Tim Cook, the current CEO and president of Apple) who told me on the phone it was $14.00 with no taxes told me that it would take around 10 to 15 minutes to make.

So I came to the restaurant late like 20 minutes after my order was made on the phone, and this nice waitress comes politely towards me asking if I was waiting for an order. I then told her yes and I was waiting for the Margherita pizza. So she goes to the back to check and says that they have no record for that order. I told her that "Frank" took my order and then she had a shocked expression on her. She then politely told me to wait and a few minutes later, this guy who is White, has silver hair, wearing glasses, and is around 5 feet and 8 inches, tall and with skinny build comes out and says to me (without saying hi or how are you) "what do you want?" then I said the Margherita. He then lied to me and said that it was busy when I ordered on the phone so it will take an hour to make (which he didn't say at all.)

So I waited another 20 minutes and he brings out the order. He then says $25 but then I reminded him that he told me on the phone that it was $14. He then lied and told me "I have no recollection of that all, buddy."

I was then going to scold Frank, but before I could finish saying "Listen, Frank" he interrupted me and said "No, it is pronounced Franco. You don't know Italian buddy? You are a disgrace to all your "brothers" as they all know how to pronounce my name properly, okay "Bredjerin"?

Because I am Black, "Franco" or "Frank" assumes that "all" Black people love everything Italian and are apparently fluent in it as well? Hmm.

I then told "Franco" that what he told me was impolite and racist. He then scuffed at me and quietly said "What are you going to do about it..."Nigre" (Italian equivalent for the "N-word")? You know who I am? I am Rizzuto's cousin, we own Vaughan. Now get out of my restaurant before your brains hit my ceiling and I have to "clean" it again just like what I did to the other guy."

So I left his store, giving him the finger and then he sarcastically sang "Nah nah nah...nay nay goodbye!"

Do not go to this racist and unwelcoming restaurant ever again as "Franco/Frank" is not only a danger to himself, but to his family, friends and employees because he is not only a cheater, but a bigot and a criminal as well. Stay away from him.
