Yesterday I went into this store for a simple tire rotation. I was made to wait for an hour, which seemed odd because half of their vehicle bins were empty and some of the tech's were standing around. When I got my vehicle back, I asked what PSI they set all four of the tires for. "Jasper" dismissively said they were all set at "35." After completing my work responsibilities for the day, I checked all four of the tires when I got home. After literally driving all day, my rear tires were "34" and "33" psi. My two fronts were "32." Needless to say the store was unprofessional and let a customer leave their establishment under false impressions their tires were properly cared for, thus perpetuating an unsafe driving condition with the vehicle.
