Leons recliner sofa: zucora service req: 2815261
I am writing with immense disappointment towards your after sales service and also the quality of your products. Exactly 3 years ago we bought a whole bunch of furniture from you guys which include Recliner sofa, King Bedroom set with mattress, queen mattress, dining table set. And since 2 years most of your products are detoriating. The bed frames are peeling off and the sofa started tearing.
We purchased protection plan for the sofa, and till today we had called in for service to take a look at the condition as it is getting worst to garbage. One service person came by and did some stitching, now most recently another person came and took and pictures and finally when we call the customer care to follow-up all we get is rude answers and get-lost kind of response.
Why do I deserve this type of treatment in spite of spending almost 7k of furniture and giving business to you. Today, I felt like getting treated like garbage after giving you business. In return, I do not get help however, I get SMS to attend the VP event today and fliers for VIP event. Doesn’t it feel disgusting to invite customers wherein you do not have a basic sense of customer service and reliability in your products?
If your products are reliable enough, I wouldn’t have to call the service or purchase plan. Today, after a long struggle on the call with Zucora all we get is a refund of $100.00 of the service plan I purchased for my furniture.
Excellent work Leons, after shelling 7k on furniture all I get is terrible treatment and $100.00 to get kick us out.
I have another home and a whole bunch of friends who had bought new homes, do you think I would recommend or even buy from Leons again? Do you?
When we are not offered help when needed then it’s time to disown your relationship with us. Please stop sending us flyers and SMS inviting us for your VIP (Very Insulting People) event. If you still care to help, give me a call we can discuss.
Delivery
On the 10th of October I placed an order with Leons for a new mattress set and bedroom set. I was told to expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks PROBABLY BEFORE THAT. In that 6 weeks I have not heard a peep from Leons. At the end of that time period I called Leons and asked for an explanation. They took my information promising a call back ... I did not get one. I called again within the next few days and received the same treatment. I phoned again this morning and was promised a call back within 2 hours. I still haven't heard anything from Leons ... they seem to think that calling customers back is a waste of time. I am sure my order isn't the biggest they have ever received, but after spending $4000 I expected better treatment than I am receiving.
I sent an email to their customer service people, expecting it to go to their head office, instead it seems to have been forwarded to the store I was dealing with who are giving me problems. What is the point of complaining to the same people who aren't doing anything to deal with my complaints in the first place?
I will never shop with Leons again and I will be telling everyone (family, friends and coworkers) of the abominable treatment.
My sister in law had much of the same problems, not to mention when the furniture was deleivered it was damaged. My husband and I purchased a mattress and they sent the wrong one. Long story cut short... we were stuck with the mattress and it was sub standard to the one we had chosen from the floor. Do not shop at Leons.
