My name is Guy Ross and I am writing this on behalf of my wife, Betty Ross. Last summer when our home's central air system was serviced, we paid 2 years in advance for future servicing. When I called to schedule an annual servicing, the phone was answered by a person claiming it was a different company. They do the same type of work but claim they purchased the phone number from Advanced, who is no longer in business. They said they purchased the phone number because they were servicing some of Advanced former clients, but said they would not service us because they did not know where San Leandro was, and said that it was probably too far away from them. Advanced Heating And Air Conditioning was is Fairfield, CA. The voice on the other end of the phone who claimed to have purchased the number from Advanced claimed to be in Santa Rosa, CA.
