Lemos Painting and Remodeling review: Terrible Terrible Terrible

Lemos Painting and Remodeling claims to be a full service remodel company however please beware that this guy has NO idea of what he is doing. His "crew" is composed of random guys, that seem to change daily, none of which have any experience or skills to remodel homes. Derek Lemos gives you the impression that he is going to do the work however he has a day job so you will hardly ever see him except for the bidding and to get paid. Obviously if you look at his Facebook page he posts all sorts of pictures of jobs that fool you into thinking he does good work but the reality is they have to redo, fix, and hire others to fix their mistakes throughout the entire process. The worst part is the more they screw up, the higher your bill goes up and Derek finds any and every way possible to justify how "there was a change order" so you owe more money. Avoid this company! He claims he's a nice guy and a Christian but the reality is he only cares about making a quick buck at the expense of your home!
