Lazada Southeast Asia / no refund


Promised to refund my money in 10 business days and on 12th business days still getting nothing. Contacted them again and they always give me the bs script:
"we will inform to expedite and do the refund as soon as possible"
"we apologize profusely for the inconvenienced happened. Rest assured that we already take note of your complaint regarding this matter and we assure you that we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible"

This is what they promised me in the email
"kindly be advised your refund for the mentioned order/ purchased item will be issued to you via lazada wallet within 8-10 working days commencing on 30th january. 2019. Should you fail to receive the said refund by the end of the mentioned date, do revert to us for our further actions."
