Lami Products Inc. review: Dont want to pay if someone goes over allowed time. 2

I used to work for the company from 2007 to 2009. When I started with the company I was getting paid if I went over allowed time. The work involved hanging small items on metal clip strips in supermarkets. But there was more work involved at times. In my opinion it isnt worth doing this work. I didnt always have the same routes. But most of the time I did. The good thing now is that everyone has there own routes. The district manager I had was unprofessional. When he was upset, profanity was used and yelled at other employees. I was yelled and cursed at also. There has been complaints made to corporate about the manager I worked for in my area. Yet I heard he is still a district manger. But he was moved to a different district. I made mistakes. But i knew my job well and was very good at it. I don't like working extra and then no longer getting paid something extra. I dont undestand how the people in corporate keep this dude with the company at all. He was a jerk. I wouldn't work for them again.
