Just Hostcustomer service knowledge and lies

I have an issue transferring accross un-used service from e-host to just host as part of the merger.

Something that should be very common.

I have been trying to get this resovled now for over 5 days.

Each time I am in conversations with someone I get a different story and lies.
They can provide no complaints procedure.

1 minute my issue is with a technical team when i ask for an update even through its not a technical issue the next they dont actually have access to look at my case to tell me whats hapepning with it.
