I placed order for I Phone 5S gold 16 GB on vendor). On receipt of I Phone from the vendor it was found that it was I Phone 5 only & not I Phone 5S gold 16GB. It was confirmed from apple site, it was also confirmed that no warranty is there. On complaining to Mr. Kishore Shah of Ninekarts over phone No. [protected], he informed that he will speak with me in the evening. I tried to contact him hundred times but is not coming on line. He was also informed via e-mail at No reply has been received till date. It is therefore crystal clear that Junglee as well as Ninekarts their vendor are big cheats who make fool of customers. Negative Review on the site of Ninekarts have not been replied both by & nine karts. is silent & not at all replying.

    they replace me with a HTC when i forced them to deliver my phone as the delivery took 3 months

    Upon checking your account, we couldn’t find any contacts made to regarding this situation. However, it was found that you have been posting the same on facebook/

    We have tried reaching out to the NINEKARTS on your behalf to solve your problem but the seller is un-responsive to us as well. Accordingly, we have de-listed the seller from our platform. Our team will still try to contact this seller for resolution of your issue.

    As with any issue with credit or debit card transactions, you should contact the bank / card issuer through which you made the payment for your order and dispute the transaction, to help you with your claim. You may be asked to furnish evidence of your having contacted the seller directly for a resolution. Please keep handy all records of your communication with the seller – for example emails, letters sent and responses received from the seller, if any. Please contact the customer service department/ transaction dispute team of the bank / card issuer for more details on the process

    Contact was made with on 16/7/2015. Daily messages are given to them. Complaints have been uploaded on their website daily. till date no result is there. is not at all responding. I was forced to purchase new I Phone 5S gold 16GB from Amazon for about Rs.35, 000/- as it was to be gifted to my daughter. Now the phone supplied by is lying with me & is not being used. is trying to escape their responsibility. Their mentor AMAZON is also shift responsibility on A customer knows only & is not concerned with their vendor. want the credit & shift responsibility on vendors which is unfair. It is unfair practise of business. Customer is missleaded by their association with AMAZON. This is totally cheating/Fraud by in connivance with their vendors. I have requested for refund which is not difficult. If not possible they may replace with I Phone 5S gold 16GB {ordered by me}. On their website daily people are posting of Cheating/Fraud. They should also be punished for mental agony/harassment to senior citizen. This will meet the ends of justice. Delisting the vendor is not solution to my problem. They should realise money from vendor or get replacement of ordered phone.
