I’m sorry to hear that you had a problem with an order placed from NINEKARTS listed on Junglee.
Upon checking your account, we couldn’t find any contacts made to Junglee.com regarding this situation. However, it was found that you have been posting the same on facebook/Junglee.com.
We have tried reaching out to the NINEKARTS on your behalf to solve your problem but the seller is un-responsive to us as well. Accordingly, we have de-listed the seller from our platform. Our team will still try to contact this seller for resolution of your issue.
As with any issue with credit or debit card transactions, you should contact the bank / card issuer through which you made the payment for your order and dispute the transaction, to help you with your claim. You may be asked to furnish evidence of your having contacted the seller directly for a resolution. Please keep handy all records of your communication with the seller – for example emails, letters sent and responses received from the seller, if any. Please contact the customer service department/ transaction dispute team of the bank / card issuer for more details on the process

As a product search engine, Junglee enables customers to find and discover products and use information such as ratings and reviews to make an informed purchase decision. Once a customer chooses to visit a seller's website, the customer experience is controlled completely by the seller. We do take into consideration feedback provided by customers and incorporate them in the ratings of sellers and websites to enhance information available to decide where to buy. In cases where the seller has enabled Pay with Amazon and customer does choose to make payments using Pay with Amazon, Junglee provides an additional purchase protection to customers.
