To whom it may concern:
My name is Lavaud Jean-Louis and I am writing this letter just to make it known that I saw a commercial from Mr. Williams Montel whom I have a lot of respect for on television about Money Mutual. I was in desperate needs for money, therefore I went on and apply for a loan through the website. In spite of a minute, about 50 company bombarded my email with offers. I took a loan with that company called Integrity Loan. They emailed me and told me that the loan was 30%. I loan $400 from them, with $30%, I tough by the time I end up paying off the loan I was going to pay $520. They had access to my checking account. They went and took $120 every paycheck. I got paid twice a month. On the 31st of August, they took $120, on the 15th of September, they took $120, on the 30th of September, they went and took $120, on the 15th of October, they went and took another $120. When I call them today to pay the remaining $40, they told me that all the money that they were taking from my account, was just financial fees. When I ask them then how much is my balance, they told me that if i decide to pay in full today, I have to $520. After taking $480 from my account, they made me pay another $520 for a $400 loan. I end up paying $1000 for a $400 loan in less than 2 months. I am writing this letter inquiring any help that I have to help get back some of my hard earning money. And I would like to pass this information to everyone out there about this ripoff company called INTEGRITY LOAN. Their phone number is [protected]

Well, if you read the documents that you get electronically, you would see how it works. You have to actually extend your loan (manually - or through calling them.) Yep, the finance charges are high. Yep, it sucks to be poor and need one of these. Yep, you could get a part time job and never need this service. But you did it, you should have read the documentation.

To Whom it May Concern :

My name is Ronald Walker, and I had the same bad experience with the company Integrity Loan. I was listening to a radio show and a commercial came on about the web site, called, We Fix Money, com., and I needed some extra money for the week, so I fill out some information on that web site, and on the next day, I was called by a sales representative from Integrity loans and I took a loan for $200 dollars. This company is Very Misleading, the payments that you make to them, does not go to the principal .it goes to a finance charge of $60.00 every month and if You do not called them and paid off the loan, they will continue to charge you every month a fee of $ 60.00 But the sales clerk never stated that fact to me, because since they had my checking account information, they could had deducted the full amount from my checking account, but instead, they were charging me, nearly $120.00 every two weeks, and after six months they had charged me, a total $ 716.00, for a two hundred($200) loan. So please, never take out a loan from this company.

With all due respect this was your own fault for assuming these charges was being deducted from your balance. Had you actually read the contract you would of realized that the loan is automatically refinanced if you do not call them and say hey I'm paying the whole thing.
At least I read what was what and I was prepared for it. I suggest you READ FULLY what your getting yourself into or ask them...they did give you numbers to call in case you need to inquire.

I had the same experience with this company. I was in a bind while moving residences and looked into one of these loans. As with the previous poster, I was bombarded with offers from multiple companies and went with Integrity. I borrowed $500 and was told that I would have $175 taken out of my account each pay day. They were misleading in the terms as I was told over the phone that $100 of that was towards the principal and $75 was the finance fee. Steep, but I was in a bind, so I went for it, hoping to be able to pay it off quickly. After three months, and six $175 payments ($1, 050), I was told that I owed them $400 more dollars as the principal balance. I will never utilize Integrity or any service like them ever again. Lesson learned, but I hope to warn people off of using these predatory lenders. You'd get a better rate with a loan shark. Also, when I finally did just want to pay them off, they made it extremely difficult to do so.
