I purchased a Yamaha Digital Piano with Stand in December. No stand arrived. They say it will take until April to get the stand from Yamaha. I am not so sure I will ever recieve my stand. Beware of this company.

    Instrument Pro has negligent customer service so far as to say exhibits indifference to customers. Repeated attempts at the status updates of my order has been ignored and promises not held. I had to cancel my order because of too long of a delay in processing my order with no explanation. I became doubtful my order would ever be shipped and was forced to move on. I feel Instrument Pro is more of a inventory-less brokerage than a musical instrument shop.
    Yes, please avoid Instrument Pro and use a regular music store or Musician's Friend.
    Two thumbs down.

    I have been recieving spam from instrument pro for months. On calling their sales team to be unsubscribed i was told by the representitive he 'didn't care'. He also tried to get information from me such as my surname even though i have never subscribed to their mailing list. I am pushing to have their email servers blacklisted.

    bad customer service, i've learned my lesson. when the price looks too good to be true, it is.

    OMG! People need to be warned about this outfit. They don't tell you that near EVERYTHING you order will have to be back ordered from the manufacturers and that they don't have your items in stock. Instead on their item pages they use phrases like, Get yours today". Fact is you will be lucky to get yours this month. The way these crooks work is they take your order and then the next day they send you an email telling you about your backorder and thinkgs will be shipped directly to YOU from the manufacturer within 48 hours. This later allows them to blame the manufacturer. Then when you go to cancel, because they never had your item in stock to begin with, they tell you cancellation takes 48 hours. After you complete the online form you get another page telling you that cancellation takes 72 hours, after they "evaluate" your request. Orders can not be can cancelled if they have been processed or shipped. They never define what processed means, but I have to assume it means if you placed an order, even if they don't tell you they don't even have the merchandise - well the order was processed. Then they contradict their double talking ### again and tell you that the order will first be shipped to instrumentpro before being shipped out to you. They will ALWAYS tell you that the order can not be cancelled because it has been processed and/or shipped by the manufacturer. You will later find out this is a lie. However if you refuse the shipment (if it ever comes) there will then charge you 25 percent off your refund (and your refund will take weeks if not months). If you check the BBB you will find out this outfit has an "F" rating and is not even a member of the BBB. Someone seriously needs to off these lying assed, crooked sonzabiotches.
