I've bought an Acer Laptop from Fonechoice during March 2017. In the first week there was a problem with the laptop and I was told to send it in for repairs. It has been send to Acer for repairs on the 4th of April and I'm still waiting for any feedback regarding the laptop. When I phone Fonechoice they just tell me that they are still waiting for feedback. This is unacceptable.
