Removed all information from website
I saw a complaint about someone who did not get "special all-night" services from a lawyer from niselowlaw.co.za in Johannesburg, from what I recall. I remember the site, it is the one with all the babble about the laws.
I am very disappointed that HelloPeter seems to edit "company" answers and it now says "Edited by HelloPeter" .
The answer was pure classic.
Here we have a lawyer doing very illegal stuff, paying a hell of a lot of money (R3500) to do it, then the pro running off with his money before he does it (twice), and then after all this complaining about it.
Was a lawyer, all he needs to do is write a lawyers' letter to the "service provider". Why is he using this extortion site?
A dirty lawyer on a dirty site like HelloPeter is like the left hand washing the right hand! Who would have guessed the two would be compatible?

Please would you look into this website for fairness to the companies that receive complaint from the public? The customer can lodge any complaint against any company without any recourse. They can say what they want and write what they want and you do not pay Hellopeter but as a company you have to pay to respond. Let me explain. Customers have free access to the website which gives them carte blanch to say what they want. The only way the business can respond is to pay Peter Cheales of Hellopeter large sums of money to subscribe to his website. Why should it be free to the customer and not to the business? The reason for that is, if the company wants to resolve the issue they cannot until the pay. This is blackmail and cannot be legal. The customers can be as damaging and place untruths on this website and get away with it. Please would you look into for the entire business comity before we have 20 websites like this that we have to subscribe to? Please I beg you help with this.

I'm just extremely not happy on how protea metering is handing my account.. I pleaded on the glitch that's been happening.. The water bill is abnormal and whenever you email there's no response or you can't reach them on the phones.. I have to pay for errors now.
Mad Goose Trading (formerly the Trading Post) charged me R809 for a refill of a 19kg cylinder of LPG gas.
The price at Agri Ouplaas, only 12km away, is R683 (R207 less!)
Nothing can justify this excessive markup. Be warned.

I have paid them money in advanced for work to be done.They dont answer there phones,or reply on messages.For ever they have excuses,it is going on for more than a month now.It is a big no go with that company be warned.

I haven't even received any feedback from a complaint going on for 6 months now regarding a debit order more than what I signed for. I need a refund.
Yesterday 20/08/2023 the Vodacom debit order debit order was deducted my airtime not loaded.
I need urgent attention towards my account.
Since they stole my phone last year 27 May 2022, I reported the stolen phone to Telkom Admin plus insurance failed to attend my matter till to date. I have submitted all the necessary document as requested but there is no solution. I am paying the insurance fully every month. Also, that phone I am still paying it till now.
