Susanne Richmond and her husband Leo have been falsifying AKC registration documents for many years now and putting extra puppy applications of pups that do not exist (being they claim more pups in litters that actually never existed so they can use them when needed) to dogs that do not have them or if the dogs have Limited Registration on them and are owned by somebody else. They have ruined the pedigrees with AKC on this lovely breed of the English Cream Golden Retrievers. They claimed to the IRS that last year that they made $30, 000.00 on puppy sales when they in fact made $130, 000.00 to claim as a loss in order to collect Food Stamps from our Government. They have also made comments to others about taking in foster children in the past to where the monies paid their house off and not used for the welfare of the children. They used a guy's sire to claim as the sire to a dog named HeartsofGold Enya's Romance AKC SR87722402, DOB 4.07.2015 and renamed her on the AKC papers HeartsofGold Stella's Sugar 'N Spice DOB 5.07.2015, AKC SR87833802. The dog Stella currently has puppies and AKC is NOT going to register the litter. So these people are doomed basically Sh out of Luck. We all have the documentation that we need on this lady and all the witnesses too that have all come together on this woman and her husband. They both belong in Jail. Ripping off the public. Scamming others, Scamming our Government, and the IRS too, plus who knows who else too. She has all her female dogs in foster homes and she takes the females out of their homes to the vet to get 2 shots so they come in heat and she breeds them one cycle after the other numerous times without skipping any heat cycles to get more puppies which makes her more money. She needs to be shut down literally, she is nothing but a PUPPY MILL and everybody needs to come together to make this happen. Everybody that has a dog from her needs to have their DNA checked with AKC to see who the parents actually are. They had the nerve to ask their account manager that they fired if she wanted to buy their kennel for $550, 000.00 but they had to live in it too with her the rest of their lives. What a funny HaHa! These people are a joke and are out to scam anybody that they are able to. Watch out, Susanne Richmond is seriously a wicked evil lady!

Funny this same letter was sent to me in a email by another party that filed a complaint into Wisconsin too, but their's was attached to me in a email of the whole letter with letter heading from this same lady from Wisconsin that had sent it out to everybody I am guessing. Now this lady Susanne Richmond has everybody filing court actions against this women and one starting against the guy named Jason who has possession of Stella.
THIS WAS NEVER RESOLVED. THIS LADY IS CROOKED AS HELL. WENT TO COURT AND THE BI LIED HER A** OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BREEDER. SHE MIXES ALL THE PEDIGREES UP ON ALL THE DOGS AND PUPPIES. SHE F**CKED ME AS HARD AS YOU CAN WITH COSTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT SUSANNE RICHMOND on how evil and untrustworthy of a person that she really is. She is honest to God nothing but a PUPPY MILL.

This lady is NOTHING BUT THE DEVIL HERSELF. I added a copy of a letter from WI on this person. I had blocked names and addresses out for Privacy reasons. It shows that the case is NOT RESOLVED and no where near it.

This case has NOT been RESOLVED. It is going through a court of Law as well as the State is on this lady with complaints and we have been dealing directly with them. Cant help it if I am taking care if my dad with cancer but any way this complaints board has NEVER contacted me by email about this complaint so I have no idea for the world what is going on. I am surely upset by it all though.
I read all this stuff on here about this woman Susanne and I can help to know how true that it really is about her and what she is doing to everybody out there that has her dogs in the guardianship homes. She needs to really sell out on her male dogs at her home and retire before all these people contact Golden Retriever Rescue Groups and organizations where she lives and she loses all the dogs anyway even though that they are not in her home (the females), it will be court ordered that she NEVER sees them or has possession of them ever again. Poor Dogs all because of a greedy hungry Bi is why. Susanne and Leo, get your self a real job instead of making money off of dog's sperm and eggs.
If you are NOT a PUPPY Mill, then why do you have to be licensed or inspected for? It means that you have way too may litters per year is what it means, and that leads to the words PUPPY MILL!
You are making out your stories and lies on everybody else because you are the one scamming others so now you are dragging everybody else in on your own problems. You need to stop using other people's names and guessing at your own troubles with implementing others in your own schemes. You are the one falsifying documents with AKC yourself. You are the one that is switching dogs on paperwork with microchips that do not match. Get a grip, move forward, not backwards. You need to check in or something. Maybe Dr Phil can help you out with getting professional help, who knows. All I know is that you need to please just stop what you are doing. And YES you are in fact a Puppy Mill.
Sara was let go because she told on you is why to the authorities of you scamming our government and you falsifying documents with AKC of what you were doing for years. This is why AKC DNA made a trip out to your place and DNA'ed all your dogs. Stop lying Susanne Richmond and bringing other people and breeders into your web of lies.
Teddy Bear Goldens, aka Chrwdwk, yougotf'd, and has scammed Hearts of Gold in the past and I called TBC out on it. All she is saying is 100% FALSE! Sara Schnell of White Pine Goldens, in Two Rivers, WI, is the one who cheated our government. Sara got $20, 000 cash, I paid her for her 7 mths of part time service in 2017, and another $18000 on a litter she whelped using all my amenities at my kennel, for free. Then she and her husband Joe claimed bankruptcy in 2017 and didn't declare a penny of that income. I know this and she's running scared telling lies about my kennel all 100% false. The web of lies is coming from Sara Schnell, White Pine Goldens, and Teddy Bear Golden is running with these lies. If Ashley Roberts, aka Teddy Bear Goldens, is a child, why is her name on the AKC papers of the Gertzog, the dog you scammed me on with ALL FALSE PAPERS AND PICTURES, and Stella, the one you gave me because of the scam you did with Grertzog? Is Teddy Bear Goldens still scamming people with this? AKC did a annual inspection, which I passed. The DNA they took on a dog I GOT FROM YOU, Enya's Romance will only be in question if you scammed me again. The chip and the DNA should match the pedigree. If not YOU are the one in trouble.

I have no idea what you are doing by bringing others into your own problems that you have created and brought upon your self. Why do you lie for? Why do you scam others for? Gertzog was researched from the breeder and you were not scammed according to them. Gertzog has a tattoo inside his inner thigh that matches all his paperwork on him. You were not scammed but you are scamming others and ripping them off. You registered Stella Heartsofgold Enya's Romance http://www.k9data.com/pedigree.asp?ID=679576 with CKC because this dog is Co-Owned with you and she also has LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION ON HER. So you went to another registry when you were not supposed to by signed contract and you did any way then you bred her and got caught by AKC with DNA testing that you were originally trying to switch dogs to register her offspring's that again she WAS NOT TO BE BRED AT ALL and you did any way. Now this is all in a court of law and you are being sued. Tell the TRUTH and STOP LYING and making stuff up. Just as saying about Sara when you are accusing her too and it is not even her at all either.

Just because she is mad and has to make up lies and pull others in on this that has nothing to do with it at all. Susanne Richmond needs to pull her head out of her butt and realize what she has caused and what she is doing to everybody too. She makes up stories and so many lies that she believes herself. It will all be out in court here again in September 2018. She made over $20, 000.00 on Stella that was NOT to be bred and she went behind AKC's back and against contract and bred Stella anyway: and YES she was trying to switch dogs and AKC DNA caught her. Stay away from this crazy lady everybody. DETOUR! DO NOT BUY A PUPPY OF HERS. YOU WILL NOT GET ONE that is LEGIT with a real AKC DNA profile that match the parents and the grand parents too. Reasons said is because Susanne Richmond has ruined all the Pedigrees that are on file with AKC with the twenty something dogs that she owns. Puppy Mill is what she is that has ruined it all for everybody out there with falsifying documents with AKC for many of years.
