Now let me get this straight for the LAST TIME I have tried to tell these people not to send items to me that I do not order and for some reason they can't understand NO and send it anyway. so when they send items that I have not ordered I kindly resend to sender, which I have done several times. which may be the case in Angel of Light, and I did not order this and I will not pay it. I liked the things that I have gotten over the years but I am THROUGHT WITH BRADFORD FOR THIS VERY REASON AND HAVE TOLD THEM SO MANY TIMES AND THAT WAS THE REASON I DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ANY MORE. THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY PROMISE AND WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AND ANSWER! SO KINDLY TELL THEM LOOK BACK AND FIND THE ANGEL OF LIGHT THAT WAS RETURNED TO SENDER IF THEY EVEN SENT IT TO ME, BUT I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T HAVE AND DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! I AM 77 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT LIKE GETTING NOTICES IN THE MAIL SAYING I OWE YOU THIS BILL.

I checked my bank accounts online today and found a pending transaction for $69.98 to TBDHAWTHORNE ARCHIT. Googled them and came up with this site. I'm calling my bank and have it stopped.

I got a letter from Universal Fidelity LP today claiming I owe Hawthorne Architecture 84.99, I tried to contact them using the only number on the paper & it says "no one is available to take your call". Imagine that!

I just received a collection notice from Universal Fidelity LP for Hawthorne Architecture. Have no clue who they are...I Googled it & this complaint pg was almost top of the list...looks like a scam to me! I'll be calling the collection agency tomorrow.

I keep getting these phone calls from universal fidelity, lp no clue who they are then I start getting letters of collections in the mail in the past 3 months for $39.98 not much at all but it claims I owe them this as a bill. I've never heard of Hawthorne Architecture buntil now they say its for Bottler Beer PR...I don't DRI k beer why would Iwant anything to do with it. Never ordered a thing from this company and their harassing the hell out of me, this company is absolutely crazy and fraudulent. Can't never get through to them either.

I also have found two bogus collection accounts from these crooks and thieves on my equifax credit report. I will be filing a civil lawsuit for damages against this Rip-off organization if they don't fix the problem quickly.

I have a collection from this company and never ordered anything. Date was Jan 2010 that it was assigned, reported 10-2011 and my supposedly 1st delinguency was back in 10-2005. first why would anyone wait for 6 years before reporting it. I have never even gotten a letter from these people so that i could dispute it, I am contacting them by mail, sending a photocopy, and then will see an attorney.

I just checked my credit report today. Two charges from Hawthorne Architectural, both for $78. I was actually 17 years old when they claim I made a purchase for a "Fly, Eagles Fly" emblem. I have never heard of this company and I definitely never, any any purchases.

Same thing! my mom was charged three years ago for something she never order nor received!NO LETTERS WERE SENT OUT EITHER STATING THIS! in result she just recently began getting calls from a collection agency and her credit reflects a non payment now. What is going on. Its crazy that "companies" like this are in or still in business. We need a class action suit against this corporate thug! Almost 3 years ago I ordered a Johnny Cash train set, and each box they sen, I sent a paymt for. the fourth box, they tried sending me a bill, but no box. I told them I nevereceived it and they said they would put it on hold until I did. Finally received it a couple weeks later, and sent a payment. That was 2-1/2 yrs ago. Two months ago, they called me saying I owed them $78-something for an installment of that stupid train set, and Itold them that's BS because I never received another box #1, and #2 that wassomething I ordered 3 years ago! So of course there was nothing I could do because I had no proof that I didn't receie it, so I was automatically guilty of whatever, and they were sending my acct to collections. Icould only fight them over the phone because I had no documentation of anything I didn't receive, and now I have a HUGE RED POTENTIALLY NEGATIVE for Equifax and Transunion and my credit score from them is almost 70 points lower than from Experian. I called the National Recovery (Collections) people and "Marcus" told me it would be btter just to pay the $78.94 that I owe them and remove it from my report. They are crooks, because that is how they make their money, sending people's names to collections, and then telling them it's easier just to pay it than fight it!

I received the same phone call today from the collection agency. They said I owed Hawthorne Architectural. I asked where the company was located and they said right here in my home town. Told them I never purchased anything from this company, The man on the phone said I gave a 20 deposit and owe a remainder. I asked how I paid it? He claimed it was with cash? When I looked up the company all these complaints popped up and I see the company is not in Michigan, where I live. I caleed back and told them of this site and they claimed Hawthorne and the collection agency are both legitimate companies and I could check out both websites? The lady also asked for my address and it did not match the one she was claiming to be mine. Someone needs to look into both companies, think they are working a scam together.

Same thing happened with me with this company, with 3 collections on my report! I don't even know how the heck they got a hold of my info! This company is such a fraud! I just put in the 3 disputes with Equifax, good thing I checked my credit report!

I too have pulled my credit and noticed something from an agency I did not recognize "National Recovery Agency" for $57.00, dated for 01/01/10... So I called the phone number listed and asked what this was for she said that Hawthorne Architectural Reg. was a collectibles company and supposedly I ordered "Holly Leaves Market" on April 21, 2004. Well that floored me because I am not a collectibles person and I never ordered anything. She informed me that I could dispute it with them and they would check into it. No way! I called Hawthorne collectibles at [protected]. I had to wait quite a while on hold but I spoke to a Lisa there and she said they would clear it up and email me a letter. I was very clear to her that I wanted it to be shown as an error on their part not a paid collection, she stated that it would be. We'll see I guess. I cannot believe that a company can get away with something like this!

Also just received my credit report with a submission to a collection agency for $57 from Hawthorne Architectural Reg - Never even heard of Hawthorne! Collection Agency says the debt was from Eagles restaurant in Norristown PA - never heard of them either. Beware!

Do some research on FCRA violations, follow procedures for corrective actions on your credit report, and be prepared to file a civil suit if they don't fix the problem.
