Havre de Grace Super 8 review: kumar patel 1

I have worked front desk at this motel for 7 years. I have missed 3 days in those years. I have worked double shifts, 16 hours, 13 hours anything I could do when his new employees called out.7-3 we're my hours. I do front desk, laundry me beds and my customer service is unbeatable (read reviews .)He hired a relative, young India man and gave him all my hours except for 23 for what reason, I still do not know. His didn't cut the man that works night time either. Just me and my daughters. She has been there 3 years. His parents do housekeeping and they steal from the people that are stayovers, they don't put all the towels in so they come to me upon check out telling me to charge the customers credit cards because she says they stole them. She washes the cleaning rags with the hotel laundry which I think is disgusting. They are constantly behind the front desk harassing us, saying I'm too old to work there. The other night she got up in my daughters face and started screaming and yelling at her. My daughter had to walk out to keep her job. I love my job and I always have. I will be filing discrimination charges against this man. I have worked numerous overtime hours and haven't been paid. He said we will have to find the money some where. On weekends he tells us not to post cash so he doesn't have to claim it. But that was back in November and December. I don't deserve what he has done to me, could you please help. Thank you.
