Happily Ever After Events Inc review: Beware, they are not honest 1

We have been scammed/fraud-ed by this horrible company leaving us scrambling last minute to pull off our wedding. The stress was horrible and the last thing you need when planning such a major life event.

We had booked the decor for our wedding through this company and they promised us the world and were "HAPPILY EVER AFTER" to take our deposit money and then they would not return our calls or emails. We were not HAPPY! I got a horrible gut feeling and started looking up information trying to find out if they went under or changed numbers, or what was going on. I tried for over a month to get in touch with them, I even went as far as driving to their home location trying to find out what was going on and sat in their driveway for over an hour waiting for someone to arrive. I then found many horrible reviews on other services such as YELP and I read each one. I had read the reviews after I booked with them (big mistake not researching before, I know better now) and I started to figure out that I had become one of the mistreated clients so I re-booked with another vintage rental company who was amazing and easy to deal with and helped me pull my wedding off last minute (wish I had booked with them the first time and not gone with the cheapest quote). I have put a $800 deposit down with Happily Ever After that was never refunded and I was never rented any product! I am one of many many unhappy customers! BEWARE - Anneliese is a fraud!

Since my wedding, I have ran into many other people and companies who have been scammed by them. They even post pictures of events that are not theirs and have pictures of items (that they do not even have) that they claim to "rent" out, when really they take the money and just never had the item to begin with. They have been to small claims court many times and manage to still operate this "Business". Shame on them. Their company name is a joke.
