Gold Crown Property Management review: Scam Company/ Beware of Tammy Tom

This company is TOTALLY SCAM! Not just the company all the people who work there are trainned to scam your money. DO NOT trust them. I was contact by TAMMY TOM about how to rent my timeshare, I gave her my credit card info to charge me $600. I called her back 20 minutes later to asked her to not charge my credit card because I decided not to do it. Tammy told me she have not do anything yet because I called back before she have a chance to charged me. 3 days later my card been charge $600 and received a HARD CONTRACT from them in the mail. I called Tammy again the person who pick up the phone said she were out sick. 5 minutes later I called again the sale manager pick up, said no one is sick everyone is working and Tammy are doing closing in FLORIDA she will not be back until Monday, I promise she will call you back Monday. The manager told me I have 7 days to send in the cancellation notice and will refund the money in 30 days and I did exactly what he told me, and attached the HARD CONTRACT without sign it and send back to them. Send in day 3 of 7. 30 days later have not seen the refund yet and now is 40 days already still have not see anything. I called them again but the answering machine said I may have called from a restricted number, please check the number and dial again. Called with my land line number all I heard is beep beep beep. There is no way I can contact them again. I wish TAMMY TOM could feed her family and kids with my $600 and without feeling ashamed about this. How to tell you kids that this is your hard working money that you cut throat to get it. Thank you for taking your time and read this
