Glutino Vanilla Cream Cookies
Due to my extensive allergies I've had to become gluten free for the last couple of years. I started buying your Glutino Vanilla Cream Cookies and I really enjoyed them because they have allowed me to enjoy a sweet treat. The last several packages I've purchased are hard as rocks, unlike before. I was wondering if you changed your recipe which has caused the cookie to be so hard. I hope you can change back so I can enjoy them as much as I used to. Thank you.

English Muffins
This one of the best products (next to your sandwich bread mix which is no longer available) but lately the tops of the english muffins fall apart. They peel off before you can toast them. I hope you can resolve this problem soon. I have called your company but the young lady I talked to did not seem terribly interested.
Just out of curiosity - why did you discontinue the "Favourite Sandwich Bread" mix?

I buy these all the time (I really like them)and never had a problem. Today however, when I sliced one in half there were pieces of a neon orange object in it.

I opened a bag of pretzel chips last night and couldn't eat any as the oil in them had gone rancid. These had been purchased from Kroger two weeks ago. I would appreciate some kind of credit. The expiration date was: 31AUG2021KK. Other codes on the package were: 244A140205 and [protected] 14:19.

Animal crackers
Hi, my name is Alaetra Dorsa and I am writing this to inform the Glutino company that I have been extremely disappointed with my last two purchases of your Glutino animal crackers. I initially noticed that the package size had been reduced however I assumed that the product would still taste the same. Unfortunately, the taste of your animal crackers was totally different (and not in a good way). I thought that maybe I had a defective bag and decided to return the cookies and purchase a new bag a few weeks later only to discover the same problem. The animal crackers taste like baking soda and are not the same delicious cookies that I have always loved. I am gluten free and those use to be my favorite cookies. Sadly, I won't buy them anymore for the family due to the change in taste. Is there a reason why the taste and also the bag size changed?...Sad customer :[protected] [protected]@sbcglobal.net
English muffin
Your English muffin used to be the best. I used it as a hamburger roll and for just about everything. However, apparently the recipe has changed. It has a different appearance, texture and especially taste. I have continued to use it for a couple of months, but won't purchase again-just do not care for the taste. Unfortunately it now tastes just like the Udi English muffin which I also don't buy.
Glutino loaf
I used to buy your loaves only, because they were the best. Now that you have changed your recipe, I wish you would go back to the old one. Your new one tastes like sawdust, not good at all.
Also, where can Ibuy your 6 inch pizza, that is, if you have not changed the receipe. The 6 inch is a better size for a single living alone.

Hi what have you done to the recipe for Gluten Free English Muffins? They are disgusting! I have been buying these for years, it seems like everything else these days you have to change it (in your opinion) for the better. Everyone out there who has to rely on this type of food for their wellbeing is subjected to higher prices and smaller portion sizes to start with (and I won't get into the extremely high sugar content of everything). Please don't change any more of your recipes I am running out of options...Thanks Annette
White sandwich bread
I have always loved glutino white sandwich loaf as a gluten free substitute for bread. Just recently the company has changed the ingredients, lowered the number of grams from 400 to 369, and changed the label colour, with no reduction in cost. This bread is not very good. In one loaf, I was able to eat 3 pieces of bread! (see photos) as I am unable to reach the company, i'm lodging a complaint here. To pay a lot for a smaller loaf of bread, much of which was not edible, is unfair. The bread had black lines going through it, and large chunks of who knows what in the bread. As stated, I tried the website below, but was unable to reach them. I'm not looking for a refund; I just won't buy it again. But I think glutino should be aware of this, however I can't reach them.
I love these wafer cookies and the wafers were still really good but they came uncut in my package. I just thought you should know if something is wrong with one of your cutters.
I love your gluten free bagel chips and cannot find them anywhere, have you stopped producing them? if so, why? otherwise can you advise how to purchase.

I have been purchasing your products for many years. The "new" recipe for your bread is not very good, it is much smaller and there are many holes throughout it. The top of the loaf just falls off, also the slices are not consistent. I am very disappointed in this "new" product. Regards, T St.Michael Ancaster Ont
