Global Equity Finance / Poor comunication
After answering questions from an e mail I received about HARP refinance, I was contacted by "Zach A". After discussing my situation, I was told that I was eligible for "x" amount----to pay off credit cards and refinance my mortgage at a lower rate.
After I conferred with my wife, I returned the call and told "Zach" to go forward. He was to send me a list of documents (by e mail) that would be required. I was led to believe that we were a go.
After leaving more than a few voice mails for Zach, I called the main number and was told by someone that I assumed was a supervisor, that Zach would return my call.
After leaving many many messages at Zach's number and the main number, I still had no response.
Only after I sent an e mail to the only name associated with the company asking if I needed to call the Police for a wellness check, did I get a phone call telling that they could not help me due to credit card balances-----the same balances that they wanted to add to my refinance to pay.
Too many games!!!
