Ordered this product in November 2019.Did not come by end of December after sending several e mails demanded a credit they gave me $5.47 out of $78.98 which is a joke.Sent 5 more e mails now not replying at all.I also note they are no longer advertising this product on facebook.We should bombard facebook with complaints about this company.I have kept every e mail and will take it further.

antennas & amplifiers
I purchased 2 antennas and 1 amplifier on 3rd March 2019 after seeing advertisement promising that we would be able to receive all satellite tv channels. Equipment received approx. 10th April 2019.
I have tried out antennas and amplifiers on 4 separate TV sets and found that they will only pick up the same channels as I currently receive on freeview which is built into the television sets.
I have been trying to obtain a refund for the equipment since the 15th April 2019 to no avail. They do not respond to e-mail.
It appears that the product is a scam and does not live up to its promises

Made an order for 3 x aerials for 65.98 pounds but the company have taken 2 payments of 65.98 pounds I received the 6 aerials tried them and they are a waste of money it you have free view on your tv you do not need this item you pick up no extra satalight signals like explained I have tried to get in touch to send the x 3 I did not want back but no reply have no no returns labels all I want is my refund for the x3 I never ordered or wanted

I received 2 antenna and one amplifier, for thr last three day i am trying to install the items i received and nothing works, i am not happy about my purchase and i want to get my money back.
I ordered one and got two + the amplifier and like you even with the amp we don't get satellite channels claimed... Good normal channels but did not pay 143, 11$ canadian dollar for an inside antenna that only gives what I get already on my aerial.

Very poor reception at my location even with the amplifier attached I will be posting it back to you tomorrow and I expect the money returned as quick as you took it from my account very sorry to have to do this but after the hyp that you use about this product I was hoping to save some money for a change.

Ordered a FREESEETV ANTENNA, based on Dragons Den reports. 1/2 hour later on reading more, I sent of a CANCELLATION REQUEST. Received confirmation of that the following day. SHOCK when I get my credit card statement that shows 2 ordered and money taken. BIGGER SHOCK when 3 weeks later item arrives in post, FRANKED FROM GERMANY WITH DATE 9 DAYS AFTER CANCELLATION. I ordered two of these so called Great antennas, they DO NOT work at all, I am a senior citizen, but I can read & follow directions. I waited for my Grandson to come home from the military, he also tried to get them to work. THEY DO NOT work. I asked for a RMA # to return for my money back, and they said I have had them too long, don't know why that would make a difference, they are still selling the same thing. One has never been opened, and the other is back in the box it came in.

Old style outdoor antenna works much better. Contacted customer service for a return authorization. They said someone would contact me soon. That was a week ago. No contact. I contacted them again. No response. From checking online it appears that most everyone who deals with this company has a problem with being unable to return it or not receiving the merchandise at all.

I ordered the FOXTV antenna and it would not work. I am trying to contact customer service to return the product for a full refund. I tried calling the so-called customer service [protected]) on two occasions and left my call back number because you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I also e-mailed customer service ([protected]@freeseeTV.com) on two occasions and again no response. I did get a call from a sales rep at FOXTV antenna trying to sell me an amplifier and some other services. I told him I was glad he called because I have been trying to return the product and could not get customer service to respond. He stated he would have customer service contact me. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting. The item is useless to me and customer service is not to be heard from.
How did you pay it... If PayPal you have a chance... If not speak to your credit card people... I ordered one and got two + the amplifier and like you even with the amp we don't get satellite channels claimed... Good normal channels but did not pay £36 for an inside antenna that only gives what I get already on my aerial. Send it back with tracker and a signature with you details inside stating does not work Refund Required... My order came from the Netherlands...

On 20 July 2017 I saw advertised on Facebook.com A TVfox Antenna from Freesee TV. I ordered one from this Company for £35.74 but have still not recieved it and it is now 06 November 2017. I Emailed for a refund but they have to date not replied to my email. My order number for the item is TFENSS00000110452. I believe that this Company is a scam and my Money has been stolen.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Have not received product so please cancel order and refund money. I wished I had read the reviews on this company first. Did not realize where the product was coming from or else I would not have ordered it.
Thank you for your prompt and speedy resolution of this matter. I will expect reversal of charges to be seen no later than 11/29/19.
Received the Antenna a few days ago. Followed the instructions... Result:- No TV or Radio channels found. Tried on another TV and still nothing.
Emailed customer support and no reply whatsoever. Definitely seems to be a scam. Photo in the advert looks nothing like the Antenna received.

This is a scam. I received mine two weeks ago and could not get it to work. I have had 2 TV engineers out to see if they can get it to work with no success. I then tried a couple of computer engineers to see if they will be successful, but to no avail.. I tried to get my money back from pay pal but they say I have to deal direct with the vendor. BUT! where are they? America? no, Singapore? no. UK? no. The Netherlands? yes. I eventually got a reply from them through PayPal saying they will refund my money if I return it to The Netherlands, but I can have a 30% discount if I decide to keep it. I have decided to keep it as it will cost a fortune to send it to The Netherlands. What a RIP OFF.
