RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF!
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LANDLORDS!
THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR HYGEINE, YOUR TIME, OR YOUR PRIVACY!
I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THEIR BUILDING FOR JUST 3 DAYS AND TWICE SOMEONE WHO WORKS FOR THEM WALKED IN ON MY WHILE I WAS NOT PROPERLY DRESSED! EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND ANYONE!
I ARRIVED TO A FILTHY, DIRTY APARTMENT WITH THE OLD TENANT'S BELONGINGS, NAIL CLIPPINGS, OLD FOOD, GREASE, GRIME, DUST, DIRT, GARBAGE AND EVERYTHING IN DISSARY. AND THE LANDLORDS HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK ME FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN PROPERLY INSPECT THE PREMISES?
DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I AM READY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED THE MONEY WHICH I PAID IN ADVANCE.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I would be interested if anyone had a recent experience ( good or bad ) with renting through this "agency" Central Paris Rentals ?
I read the comments above and I am now rather concerned to approach them. I am looking for a flat in Paris centre. I would be grateful for any honest recent feedback.. Thank you in advance.

Totally agree - rented from them a while back. Extremely inattentive, rude (Roxanne especially- who does she think she is?) and very low hygiene/ moral standards. I too was shocked at people wandering in off the street with no prior agreement/ warning. Also, a lot of their accommodation has been deemed uninhabitable by the mairie! Their accommodation is also extremely expensive. Having to go to their flat every time rent was due was also ridiculous.
I completely agree with the above. I have had nothing but problems since I arrived there. Firstly the freezer was never defrosted, the heat stopped working and was freewing during the snow, then there was a homeless person sleeping in the building and now I have rats which according to them is perfectly ''normal'' . I have moved out and want my deposit back. If not I will be taking legal action. They are the most unreliable landlords you could ever come accross as they never answer their phone and take multiple days to respond to emails. Oh they have an ''emergency number'' that goes straight to message minder. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
I know a similar problem recently with the same landlords.
