I have ordered a flower bu-quote on 12-May-2013 to deliver to my friend on 13-May-2013. It did not get deliver till 16-May-2013. When i called them, they said they have delivered the flowers and cut the phone. After that they stop picking up the phone. Next day i called then they said the sent their boy to the location but phone was switched off, while my friend's phone was switched on all the time. When i asked them the same they said that give me Rs 100 more then i will send it the same.
I am telling this story so that people got aware of this fraud company and do not send their gifts/flower. COMAPNY IS COMPLETELY FRAUD.

I had ordered a cake for midnight delivery. The delivery did not take place at midnight. They delivered the cake the next day, that too without the message. I have not had such a ridiculous response from any other gift delivery company till now. I just chose them because i wanted a customized order. The customer support staff is unsupportive with great confusion among themselves. They had the cheek to call up at the delivery address twice, and say that there wasn't a midnight delivery scheduled at all. When i dropped a mail for refund of the midnight delivery amount they do not even have the courtesy to acknowledge the receipt of the same. The customer support person tells that they have a busy schedule so they are unable to do anything. Also, as the orders are prepaid the ball is in there court. For them its just business, and they have no respect for the emotions and efforts with which a person plans a surprise for some occasion. The business too is run on unethical grounds. They are not even apologetic for their mistakes and have this air around them as if they hold a monopoly in this business. Its a request to others not to use this website for delivery or your surprises will be ruined too. And to the company, it doesn't matter. They are just interested in looting people and provide rubbish services in return. Disgusting is the word.
