Finest Flatware / Customer service is terrible

I have purchased three sets of spoons and forks from Finest Flatware website and received my order in a timely manner.
When I opened the package I noticed that two spoons were missing. I contacted Finest Flatware customer care service and they said they'll send me the missing items as soon as possible. Noting arrived. When I called again they said the same thing and asked me to be more patient.
I waited patiently but never received the missing spoons.
I really liked everything I received, but customer service is terrible!
