I came to Fastmed Urent Care and I was really disappointed in the services and attitude. I waited more than 2 hours, and the receptionist was rude and when I asked for water, she looked at me with hate. It was really unpleasant, and finally the doctor called my name. He asked only questions, but no examination. When I told about it, he did nothing and promised that next time he would take tests. Horrible place, staff and attitude. Don’t visit them and post comments.

Happy Valley Road, Glendale AZ location. Went with swollen ring finger. X-rays taken and diagnosed as broken, splinted and follow up scheduled in 1 week. More swollen at follow up, more x-rays, still broken and wedding ring cut off. Went to hand surgeon, x-rays taken and finger NOT broken. Billed by Fastmed almost $400.00. Wrote letter stating that I would not be paying this bill and the reasons why along with release of records from hand surgeon in support. Dr. from Fastmed left voicemail to discuss. Multiple attempts to reach doctor failed, never in office. Fastmed has now sent file to collection company with request to report to credit agencies. No serious attempt to discuss issue was made. Fraudulent treatment practices with fallacious billing practices.

It was an URGENT CARE... That means you had a medical problem that was URGENT... So, What was it?

If it was an injury like a broken bone then they x-ray it and take care of it. Some talking but not much.
If it was a twisted ankle then they wrap it and send you on your way. Almost no talking for this.

Depending on what was wrong, the doctor might not ask a lot of questions.

If you just wanted someone to talk to then you go to a psychiatrist.
