I ordered from IGEA SKIN PHYSICS about 3 months ago, but I still haven’t received order or refund. The company is horrible, because they work slowly and provide only fake excuses and promises. I waited for my order, but nothing. I tried to reach the seller, but again nothing. I don’t know what these scammers do, but they really annoyed me with their silence. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

This company Skin Physics is conning the public..how they are getting away with this is beyond me..their products are worthless and not effective...their money back guarantee is an attempt to scam...they give you a number to obtain a returns authorisation number..I called the number and was put on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes...when my call was finally answered I was given a number..BUT before the conversation ended...are you ready for this?...I was given the chance not to return goods and pay postage but to take 50% off the price and keep the goods...which meant I was still stuck with the useless products but they would pocket $88 !...Unbelievable !

This company Skin Physics is conning the public..how can they get away with this...their products are worthless not effective and..their "money back guarantee is a scam...they give you a number to call to obtain a returns authorization number..I called the number ...and was put on hold for over an hour...they clearly do not answer calls for their guaranteed refund.
Why the government and consumer protection authorities have not prosecuted them is beyond me!
Infuriated !...P.S. After 1 hour and 10 minutes my call was answered...I was given an authorisation number ...but before the conversation ended...are you ready for this?...I was given the chance not to return the goods and take 50% of the price ...which meant I was still stuck with worthless skin care products and they still pocketed $88 !...unbelievable!

I too saw it advertised on TV and have received the full range and they deducted $177 au dollars from my visa account, I only wanted to receive the trial. Well its no good for my skin and I have now sent them numerous emails asking for a return number and a refund which they said I could have prior to 90 days, they have not replied to any of my emails, I am now worried and wish I had read the reviews about this company before I ordered. I am so angry! I will take this further and contact the Australian Embassy here in NZ and lay a complaint against them.

Hi,
I've received the product today and was happy but it was short lived because when I opened the box, it contained only one new plastic wrapped item. And the rest are evidently previously returned Dragon Blood items and some of it even had crusted cream and cleanser at the tip of the pump and jar. Didn't even bother to wipe it clean (not that it matters when it is actually used products). I am utterly disappointed, not only they've delivered it late but it was also a used returned product. I might as well purchase it from Priceline. I want lodge a formal complaint against this company.

I stupidly bought a trial pack advertised on tv, useless product but kissed my purchase money goodbye. Down the track they send me more stuff which I did not sgree to to nor order & charged my visa card. However, I cancelled my visa card & advised my bank it was not an authorised purchase. The bank will cancel the payment on my behalf. It was a weekend when received skins email they were sending another order & when I rang my bank. The stuff arrived Monday & my husband told the courier we didn't order it & didn't want it. It's now gone back to them. That was this morning so I'm now awaiting a new bank card & know I won't get any more of their rubbish product. My advice: cancel your bank card!

I also ordered dragons blood cream after seeing there tv advertisement . I opted for the one off deal ..
54 days later, they take $69 from my bank account .
What happened to the one off deal ?
It never existed according to skin physics !
So now they say every 90 days you will receive another order from us and we will take the money out of your account !
Well apart from being a one off order .. It's inly been 54 days .. And they taken money from my account ..
What happened to the one off and the 90 days .
I will be taking this s lot further !

This company deducted (NZ) $277 off my Visa card for the (NZ) $10 non-delivered Dragon's Blood skin care product that I ordered on November 9 2015 along with the (NZ) $267 on December 11 2015 without my order for any of its product by using my Visa card details. This company is a scam and a robber; a gangster.
Please help me out in getting my money of (NZ) $277 back. Attached below is my selfphoto: Miss Agustine Affandi from Wellington, New Zealand.

Hey There.
You aren't alone. I have also been scammed by Skin Physics or Bio Physics or whatever else they opt to call themselves. I also was under the impression that it was a one off purchase only to find that they have accessed my card without authorisation. Oh, and they haven't even bothered to deliver any further product!? Nice one Skin Physics!

I ordered one trial 3 months ago and paid by credit card over the phone. I received it okay but wasn't particularly impressed. Now, 3 months later, they debit my credit card again, this time without authorisation, and have sent me more product which I did not order. When I rang to complain and request they recredit me, saying I would not accept delivery, they said it wasn't possible and that they 'would have' asked me to agree to multiple purchases at the time of initial purchase. Actually, they did not and, if they ever did, I would certainly not agree to any such condition. When I said I was going to make a complaint to the Dept of Commerce, they hung up on me. This company operates by deceit and should be avoided. I notice they have already been charged with false advertising on the internet and ordered to remove it. See www.tgacrp.com.au. So why is it okay that they now advertise on daytime television instead? The company should be shut down permanently.
