I've ordered two dresses from FashionMia website and I was extremely disappointed when I received them. Should have checked the reviews before ordering! Things I received looked nothing like pictures and quality was very poor. When I ordered I thought it was an American site, but later I found out it was one of those Chinese scams! Beware and stay far away from this place! Tried to contact them, but never received a reply. I lost my money and now I'm stuck with two pieces of garbage!

I purchased a dress from FashionMia back in January and I'm still waiting for it. I decided to try this site because their clothes looked really cute and prices were very cheap. But then I checked the reviews and gave up. I sent them tons of messages and asked for a refund, but there was no response. After all the reviews I doubt that I will ever get my dress or my money. I also asked them to cancel my order, but they completely ignored me. I'm very disappointed and feel scammed!

I found a cute dress and ordered it back in January. It took them over 4 weeks to deliver it. When I opened the package, I was absolutely disgusted with the quality and the worst part was that it was a completely different dress. The quality was laughable. I honestly was horrified and immediately contacted FashionMia customer service. They refused to refund me and that was the only and the last thing I heard from them. They should be ashamed to even send out such a product. Now I have to try and return it and get my money back.

I've ordered a lovely green dress from FashionMia back in November and now it is March and my item never arrived! Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and it was not difficult for me to get my money back! When I contacted their customer service and received no reply I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. I've wasted days fighting with them for my money and with the help of PayPal I received a full refund. FashionMia service was so bad and unprofessional! I will never shop here again!

I've ordered some clothes from FashionMia back in December. About two weeks ago I finally received my order but few items were missing so I contacted their customer service and asked what was going. They told me nothing about the missing items. Things I did receive were terribly made, sleeves were super short. Then they emailed me and told that the missing items were out of sock. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my messages. I'm very disappointed!

Well, long story short! I made my order and waited for it over three months! I contacted them many times, wasted my life trying to get what I paid for. And finally I received the package a week ago. When I opened it I was extremely disappointed because sizes were incorrect and quality was absolutely disgusting! I contacted FashionMia customer service and was told that there will be no refunds! Are you kidding me? I wasted 3 months of my life and received garbage! Then they just stopped responding to my emails! Horrible!

When I just found FashionMia website I really liked their clothes and unique designs, so I decided to give it a try and made an order. I've purchased some clothing and was promised to receive them in 3-5 business days. 5 days later I checked the status of my order and it still showed "processing." So I contacted customer service asking for a time frame in which I can expect to receive my items. I was told to be patient and nothing more. No information was given. So once again I checked the status of my order yesterday and it is still processing! Order was placed three weeks ago. Very unprofessional!

I ordered several items from FashionMia and when I finally received my merchandise one item was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and explained that the dress I received had a huge hole. They asked me to send pictures, which I did and then they said how sorry they were and offered me a discount on my next order! I will never buy anything from them again! Things they sell are horrible. Quality is not the best, but the worst part was that my item arrived damaged and they absolutely do not care! Horrible customer service and company!

I purchased two dresses in early February from FashionMia and still have not received them. I tried to contact their customer support many times but there was no response. I have no idea where my dresses are or will I ever receive anything. So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. I hope PayPal will help me. I will never order anything from these people again and I suggest everyone to stay away from these thieves.

When I found this website I had no idea it was a Chinese company, so I made an order. I purchased a lovely coat from FashionMia. Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted customer support. I also checked my confirmation to get the tracking number and realized the color of my coat was also incorrect! So I asked them to cancel my order since it was taking too long and the color was wrong. But unfortunately there was no response. Several days later I finally got a message from FashionMia stating that my order cannot be cancelled because it has already shipped. I'll never order anything from them again!

About two months ago I ordered some clothing from FashionMia and paid over $100. I bought several pieces of clothing, but received only one dress. I waited and waited and nothing arrived, so I contacted customer service and asked where the rest part of my order was. No one from the company ever replied, so then I contacted PayPal and explained the situation. Later I received an email saying that the rest of my order was out of stock. Really, and no one from FashionMia contacted me and said nothing about that! Never again!

I ordered 6 dresses from FashionMia website and they did not ship until 2 weeks later after several emails. When I finally got a reply they told me one dress was out of stock and offered me a coupon. I told them that I wanted a refund but they stop replying to me.
When I got the order a further two weeks on, they were 5 sizes smaller and very poor quality. One dress was not even the one I ordered. Luckily for me I paid via PayPal, so I opened a dispute in PayPal. So PayPal got my refund for me.

Later I received a message from them stating my order was cancelled because my items were out of stock. The message came two days after I made an order. I cannot understand why these people sell products which are out of stock. They promised to refund me, but that never happened. Save your hard earned money and stay away from this scam website!

Actually only one item was wearable, but the other things I received were of a poor quality and looked nothing like pictures on their website. Sleeves were different lengths, sizes were incorrect and ridiculously small, and pictures on website did not match the actual product. I contacted FashionMia customer service, explained the situation and was offered a 50% refund. I agreed, but I actually never got my money back. I will never buy anything from FashionMia again!

When I found FashionMia I was very impressed with all the styles and clothes. I made a huge order about $300 worth in early January. I also paid for express shipping to receive my items in 2-5 days. I wanted to wear one of the dresses on a birthday party. My order just kept processing for days! Every time I checked my order status it said it was processing. Received nothing yet. I am disappointed! I thought that if you pay for the shipping the delivery would be quicker. It looks like if you want to order from this company, you should order years in advance!

My original order was made on January 7th. This is a scam company! They will take your money and send you poor quality clothing. Please avoid FashionMia!

This company is beyond ridiculous! Things they sell are of a poor quality, terrible shipping times, and super small sizes! I ordered some dresses in early January and finally received them two weeks ago. All of the dresses looked nothing like the pictures on their website, quality was rubbish, and the workmanship was extremely poor. The worse part was that nothing fit, everything I received would barely fit a child! The return policy is terrible. I contacted FashionMia customer service and they said that I have to sent everything back to China at my own expense, which is really expensive! Never again I will order something from these clowns!

About three months ago I ordered a dress and received it only in February! For two months these guys were verifying my shipping address! Then they finally sent me my dress, but it was lost and they spend another two weeks searching for my dress! I contacted them many times, spent weeks trying to get at least something. And then, three months later my order finally arrived and what a surprise, the size was absolutely wrong! I'm so sick of it! I'll never order something from them again! Horrible!

When I saw all the reviews I could not believe them! Then I made an order and was scammed like many other people, so now I believe that FashionMia is a complete scam! I purchased some items from this website back in December 2015, and received only one item a week ago. As for the rest of the items, I have no idea where they are, and customer service is absolutely useless, they cannot even track their own items! I contacted their customer service and was told that the rest of my items were shipped last month. Don't order anything from them! They are so extremely slow, and they are just scamming people!
