Breakdown of what happened.

1). I purchased a product recently on excaliburfilms.com for $40.00 because they were the cheapest and the site said they were "In Stock". I then made sure I received 2 to 3 day shipping so that I could get it before I fly out.
2). 3 days past and the product still hasn't arrived. However, I wasn't rude and blamed myself at the time for not ordering it sooner.
3). 8 days past and the product still hasn't arrived. At this point something is seriously wrong so I decide to contact the company to find out what was going on.
4). 11 days past and the product still hasn't arrived. The companies phone number doesn't work, and they aren't replying to e-mails.
5). I then check my credit card statement and I see that they billed me and there is a $199.99 charge from NewEgg on my credit card statement which I never ordered.

Now I usually wouldn't blame a company for stealing someones credit card information and charging them for a NewEgg purchase, but here is the situation.

1). This is a brand new credit card number that was just issued to me the week prior to ordering
2). I have only charged this card once being to this company
3). On that same day I ordered, a new charge for $199.99 was charged
4). They are not communicating with me.
5). They never shipped the actual product I ordered out.

The conclusion here is excaliburfilms.com is not shipping any items but is stealing your credit card information. If it's not someone from their company, then there system is clearly breached and not secure. I would at all costs stay away from this company as they

If you continue to try these stunts in the future, I will assure you that I will at all costs post on every single complaints site so I'd recommend that you try to resolve this with me before it gets worse.

    I highly disagree with this person's complaint. Excalibur's contact information can be found by simply clicking "Help" in their top Navigation Bar on their website www.ExcaliburFilms.com. They are a great company. They can find just about any adult movie title still available on the market plus a lot of the new adult movies too. They have a great library and many different formats to choose from. If you like novelty items, they have those as well. I've ordered from them many times and have been a very satisfied customer. They clearly offer the best prices and have pretty good customer service. They are very discreet, have many shipping options, and can even do things like gift wrap your orders and let you build a Wish List for items that you like, but might want to buy at a later time. They're not a fraud or a scam. Obviously if they've been around several decades it is because they are pretty good at what they do. Every step of your order comes with a notice from Excalibur, including when it's placed and shipped to you. I wish Jason the best in his endeavors, but trashing a company that provides us a service that is honest and provides employment to our fellow citizens is simply sad. Our country has many issues at-hand... adult entertainment companies like ExcaliburFilms.com should be celebrated rather than persecuted by a cyber bully.

    You are wrong to disagree as a very similar thing is in the process of happening to me at present & depite numerous attempts to contact them, they refuse point blank to respond. As for you last comment . What a lot of rubbish ! Your saying that if your wronged say absolutely nothing . Grow up

    I concur with Rob Brewster and Jason Dunrey. Excalibur films seems to be slow to respond to email. I have sent maybe 6 email and have only received 2 responses. The last response said that they were going to process my credit but I have yet to see it!! But what is even more disturbing is that the item I ordered was "In Stock" but it has been over a month and it still has not shipped yet so I cancelled the order. My guess is that they will hold the money as long as they can before actually giving back, if they even do, because of the time value of money game that I'm sure they are playing. In Mr. Dunrey's case I would inform the credit card bank of the fraud and they should conduct an investigation. They should be abble to contact Newegg and at the very least find out the location of the computer where the order was place. If they can determine it was not him that placed the order not only will he not be responsible for the charges he will have himself a pretty good lawsuit against excalibut films.

    I'm dealing with the same thing. The items I ordered were in stock when I ordered them... I received 2 out of 4 items, I checked the website and it said the items had been discontinued by the distributors. I called them, no one ever answers, I emailed them about 6 times before I got a reply saying my c.card would reflect a refund in 5 days... Still no refund. Then I decided to see if anyone else had this same issue, and I found this page. The guy praising Excalibur is nuts, or he works for them, or he has never dealt with being ripped off by them, or he is friends with them, or he's just NUTS;;)) I will never shop with them again. They also quoted me "express shipping" 2-3 days... Which really took over a month to get the 1st item and another week or longer for the 2nd item. Such a frustrating, and violating feeling... Getting ripped off and being taken advantage of sucks. I really hope they make right of this wrong.

    Having been a regular customer I would strongly disagree. This business is an industry giant in the field of adult distribution. Nothing but the best praise for the services that they provide. I have never had such an issue involving credit cards with them. I'd gladly recommend them to others.

    I am also an Excalibur Films customer that has been subject to their questionalbe business practices.
    I placed a mail order(sending a money order) for two DVD's that are both recent releases and both very well reviewed and I suspect big sellers for the respective studios.
    My order was received May 31, 2012 by Excalibur.
    Two weeks later I received one of the DVD's.
    Wrote to Excalibur to check on second dvd, received a reply through my Excalibur account, not to my email account, apologizing for the delay, and they were checking with the vendor.
    Today is July 13th. Six weeks after receiving my money I am still waiting on the second DVD. I called and cancelled the remainder of the order. Will see if that works.
    If you plan on ordering DVD's, do not buy from Excalibur Films or MovieFilmFest or whoever they call themselves.

    I unfortunately placed an order back in August (27th) before reading this complaint. I still have not received the order and my last email (request to refund my money) was not responded to. Now it is October 2nd and I am extremely angry at this company. I advise everyone to avoid them at all costs.

    Excalibur films is just a scam, Watchout!! if you are reading this and thinking of shopping there DONT. Its a storefront posing with unavailable products and orders that will never be fulfilled; I agree 100% with Jason Dunray, Rob Brewster, Jgarroute, Reggae13, kiwijohn2012 and Aaron Re, I have an order for one item now outstanding with Excaliburfilms for 58 days. They auto email false promise that said items are on order having already taken your payment immediately at checkout (unlike the industry standard which is payment on shipping) You think you have bought something in stock but the truth here is there is no stock just false promise of getting it for you.Later I was promised a refund but Excalibur have not issued it, which underlines their appalling refund issue feedback on the Adult dvdmarketplace website. Surprisingly I did actually get to speak to them when I called US from UK but all you get are a load of lies from what appears to be very much one person with a computer and not the company it poses as. SERIOIUSLY WATCH OUT STAY WELL AWAY

    "Do NOT buy anything online with them!!! Call them and CONFIRM first if they have the product on hand to ship because the online service will place the order, they will take the money from you then you'll get a back order email from them. If you ask for a refund, they will stall and stall AND STALL YOU until you just agree to order something else from them. The sales rep will keep telling you that your refund is UNDER REVIEW and as soon as they confirm your case, your funds will be released?? It took them less than 30 mins to TAKE THE MONEY FROM ME but took over 70 DAYS...until I finally decided to stop chasing the refund and order something else. Don't even know if it will come now but I want to warn people to tread carefully if you do business with them. The reason that you see such good reviews on their website is THEY WROTE them. You can not write a review or complaint on the website yourself so that 100% trust seal is and ABSOLUTE LIE!!"

    Agree. I ordered a few videos for about $60.00 in January. My card was charged the following day. 8 weeks after the order was placed none of the videos had shipped. I emailed customer service requesting the order be cancelled and a refund check be sent. It has been 10 weeks, no check received. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. It seems EF will simply keep the money from a cancelled order. I have orderd the occasional video with EF over the last 10 or so years but will do no more business with the company.

    Hands off from ExcaliburFilms.com. This is nothing but fraud. I faced exactly the same problems. I ordered something (delivery to Germany), I never received the ordered goods and after a few weeks my credit card was misused. I never used the Credit Card for any other purpose! After having indicated this incident to the german police I got the feedback, that they have had several complaints regarding ExcaliburFilms.com. So do yourself a favor and buy your stuff at trustable shops!

    Well I wish I had found this before I had ordered from Excalibur films :/ I also ordered about $70.00 in items and after I paid it said they were not in stock. So I waited and waited and waited lol! After 2 months and several phone calls (with no answer) and emails (also with no reply) finally they emailed back telling me 2 items came in. I asked for what came in and a refund for the remainder. Easy enough I figured. Well that was in June. I got my items in the mail but now can not get any email response and the phone disconnects me when I call, I can't even leave another voicemail, as if it did any good any way. This was my first time ordering from this company and obviously I'm completely unsatisfied. Does anyone know if I can report them to a better business bureau or something? It's only like $40.00 that I'm out but it's kind of the principle of it at this point. I want them to get in trouble for treating customers so crappy. Without us they wouldn't have a thriving company and feel like someone should bring that to their attention.

    I totally agree with most of the complants made here and that Excalibur is commiting fraud. My last purchased took over 7 months to complete only after multiple inquires and demands. Consumers should never do business with them!!!

    I placed an order with Excalibur films in November 2012. It is now November 2013. It took Excalibur Films until January 2013 to send me less than half my order, I never did receive the other half. Less than a month after I placed my order with Excalibur, someone placed unauthorized charges on my credit card for over nine hundred dollars. I will never deal with this company again and I recommend that you avoid them unless you enjoy paying for items and receiving only half of your order.

    this is in response to Rachel cutiepie who asked if you can turn them in to better business bureau. I think you should file a complaint with the Internet Crimes Complaint Center (IC3)
    They work in partnership with the FBI and investigate internet fraud. If everyone started complaining to the Internet Crimes Complaint Center about Excalibur films maybe someone will shut them down.

    Was a loyal customer of Excaliburfilms since 2007. Rented from them for years with no issues at all. Over the last year or so, they began getting slower and slower to send new rentals. Since September of 2013, received one rental...one!!! Emails ignored, or same old form letter about " apologize for any inconvenience, we anticipate your movies in stock and shipping any day now, etc, etc." Finally, after 4 months and nothing, I'd had enough and canceled my membership. Unlike others on here, I did have good service from this company, but something has changed for the worse in the last year or so, so be aware that you are taking a chance if you deal with them.

    This complaint is about 3 years old, but nothing has changed. I had much the same experience as the original poster. I placed an order for an item that Excaliburfilms.com said was in stock. The item was not in stock, but they charged my credit card in full, shipping included. When the item didn't arrive, I made an inquiry, and they said it was on order and would arrive soon. 2 months later, I requested a refund, and they said it would be issued by check, not put back on my card. The check didn't arrive, I contacted them again, and they said it was an oversight and the check would be mailed right away. By the time I realized I had been scammed, it was too late to dispute the charge with my credit card company. And, within 2 months, fraud charges from Russia began showing up on my credit card account. Legitimate companies don't do business this way. These people are crooks, plain and simple. It's a absolute fact that they lied to me repeatedly and stole my money. In my opinion, they also provided my credit card information to crooks or made illegal charges themselves. The State of California needs to shut this company down, it's run by criminals. If you order from them, don't expect to see your merchandise or get back your money.

    Yet another customer who has a huge problem with this company. No updates regarding my order, no communication, nothing shipped but what do you know, my credit card details were stolen and fraudulent activity occurred on it. I rarely use my card for purchases and this was the only company I had used within months so there is no doubt they are scamming card numbers as well as taking my money to use as an interest free loan. Stay away people! Oh, and read about the list of complaints through the BBB. I wish I had before I placed my order!
