I enrolled in Phoenix State University Firearms Instructor Agency course on April 3, 2009. I never received any course materials, only an occasional e-mail telling me to visit their
website, which tells me to e-mail them at the e-mil I just e-mailed them at and to go to their website!

It goes round and round, and I am SCREWED! I CANNOT get ANYTHING but THE e-mail/visit our website/e-mail/visit our website LIES. I guess I've lost my $210.00 via my PayPal account on my American Express card.

What do I do next?

Found this page for them

http://www.etipsu.com/

Quoted from their page:

"ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Once you have received your publication in your email, our transaction is final. If you do not complete the publication, or if your certificate is sent and you refuse to send in your evidence of reading the publication, your full amount of purchase is non refundable, and if you attempt to dispute or retrieve those funds in any way, you will be turned into the major credit reporting agencies, all other contracted agencies, and you will forfeit all other benefits in your purchaser account including good standing, acknowlegment, credit score, and validation of guide completion. Accepting and purchasing a publication and then trying to dispute or retrieve your funds is a form of stealing: it is like trying to return a book to Amazon because you didn’t like the ending. Your purchase is complete upon purchase, if you complain or issue disputes, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Like any other publisher, it is YOUR responsibility to complete the text and send in your proof or reading, and communicate rather than criticize."

If you attempt to dispute, they will turn you in to the major credit reporting agencies. What a load of crap.

If anyone ever gets a real address for this [censored], let me know. I'd like to pay him a visit.

I had that funny feeling in my stomach that there was something wrong with that "university". I received my "cert" of completion before I got coarse material in the mail. I contacted "PSU" which can be contacted under "ZPSU.com". I sent them an e-mail complaining for not having received my course material before having received my "cert" of completion.
I had some daught about the company/ university, because when they talk about certification, they always say "your cert"- that left me with a bad tast in my moulth. In addition the "company" who ever they are came up with all kinds of possible reasons why I did not receive my class material, if in fact I didn't receive it yet.
They did however include in the priority mail flat rate mailing envelope with which I received my "Peoenix State University Cerdified Reloader Certification", additional product solicitation to be bought thru various e-mail addresses.

I am convinced that who ever is associated with this zpsu.com address is not dealing on goog faith.
I will contact the autorities in Madison SD on Monday morning first thing.

I ordered the easy ffl, they overcharged me, and after 5 emails said would pay me back, but have not. The website said was the deluxe kit, all I got was 3 peices of paper. I've emailed at least 10 times more, and nothing.

I'm now goind thru my bank to get a refund. I am also contacting the county attorney of madison, SD where the mail from them came from, I suggest you all do the same, so we can get this scammer in the slammer.
