Edward Rustamzadeh review: review

to whom it may concern: I am writing to you regarding a false review posted on May 24 2017. This is the first time I have every taken the time to submit a complaint, and the reason for this is that the patient's comments are utterly false. First, I REMOVED his prior implanted neurostimulator, I did not IMPLANT it. I have operative reports that clearly document this. Second, the purpose of removing the stimulator was that the patient informed me that the stimulators battery had died years ago, and it never provided him with any relief so he never bothered to have the battery replaced. He was referred to me for neck pain, and I informed him that I would need an MRI of his cervical spine to further evaluate his condition, and I could not do that with a stimulator in him. He agreed to have me remove the stimulator. I ordered the MRI and informed him that he would need extensive surgery. He was not happy with this recommendation and obtained a second opinion who concurred with my recommendation. He called my office 6 months after and requested that we put him on my surgery schedule. He then called the following week and cancelled. A further lie by this patient is that he had all his tests done at Stanford. I was faculty at Stanford for 7 years and when we requested his records Stanford informed my office there was no records of such a patient ever being treated their. The patient is a chronic opioid abuser and is constantly high that's why he cant remember his own medical history!
I am not asking you to delete this comment because it is negative, I am asking you to delete it because it is FALSE! I am confident that you will do the right thing since you have as much stake in the integrity of your business as I do mine.
