DubaiJobs.net Job scam ,paying for non existent jobs

I paid $US12,400 for getting employment at jobs in dubai

I did not get a placement and requested a refund.

This refund was supposed to be paid by Mar 28 this year.

I was told to pay $ US444,then an additional $US 444 and on monday another $US 444. In total I have already paid $US 1312 to get back my refund of $US 12,400.

I was promised continually by the jobs in dubai company that my refund would be forthcoming.

Today another $US729 is being requested. This is extortion. I just need to get back my money.

Can someone in authority please assist ,

David Benny

Desired outcome: I need to get back the sums that were paid to JobsinDubai.net$ US12,400 for job placement and $US1312 for getting back the refund

Please don't pay any amount to this company Dubaijobs.net.
In the starting, they ask you to pay 85 CAD to activate your account. They will say in case if we don't get a job in 4 months the amount will be refunded.
Then Dubaijobs.net (http://Dubaijobs.net) asks you for some details and then they again ask you to pay 85 CAD for documentation. They will never mention any of these things in the beginning.
When I asked for refund Dubaijobs.net (http://Dubaijobs.net) spoke to be rudely and disconnected the phone
If you ask for the employer details they will not send any details regarding the employers.
Random peoples call from some Interview even if you ask them about the company they will give some fake details if you check those details you can't find any details about the company. All the call that you get will be in the Dubaijobs.net (http://dubaijobs.net/)but the person who speaks will say he is an employer calling for an interview

DubaiJobs.net Do not send them any money

During the summer, my bank account was hacked after I traveled overseas for 1 month. I had remembered signing up for their employment SERVICES. They debited $85 from my bank account and as others have stated when you call them at the Ontario Canada number listed, they are rude and unprofessional. Well by reading these other complaints they have defrauded me too. I will report them to the FBI fraudulent websites and write my state attorney general. They sound middle eastern by their accent and tonation.

DubaiJobs.net All the company. It is 100% scam

You will never received your money back.

I sent several emails, i called several times at different hours. From different numbers.

It is not real. You will receive a lot of emails before paying, once you paid, you will receive maybe 2 or 3.

I feel so stupid to believe in this. But yeah, that is how it works, they will take advantage of people in need.

The good reviews are not real.

DubaiJobs.net Request for refund and no one is answering

I got the below message from dubaijob.net

"Dear Motasim Billah,
You have applied for the position Maintenance Manager
Thank you. Our team will start contacting employers in 15 minutes about your job applications. We work very hard to get you job offers with top employers
You will receive an email from us shortly about your job applications and the status from employers
If your applications are accepted by the employers, you will have to activate your account
Lucian De Freitas
Senior Manager"
Then i activate my account by paying 85 CAD dollars (fully nonrefundable according to dubaijobs.net) now it has been more than four months and i did not get a single interview call. I have decided to apply for the refund and no one is responding it looks a scam to. My opinion is to avoid this website.
Thanks

DubaiJobs.net Its a fraud

1. You apply for jobs listed on their site, most probably fake or copy pasted from other agencies. 2. Then they immediately mail you back saying your CV has been shortlisted and you have to pay up $85.00 to get registered and for the recruitment process to begin. 3. As you mull it over, they flood you with emails, saying your CV has been shortlisted, employers are looking at your CV, will like to conduct your interview, you have to pay up or your CV will be de-listed etc.etc. I got 8 emails in 2 days! 4. Once you pay up they send you an e-receipt saying the fee is valid for 6 months, at the end of which they will refund your money if you did not get a job. 5. After this there is no communication from them, no updates on the recruitment or other jobs. 6. I contacted them after a few weeks asking about the interview and 'employers are looking at my CV' crap, and the answer was rude and curt, "employers take their own time", their tone and attitude then becomes very derogatory. The email replies are unprofessional and all in lower case as if talking down to a kid. 7. After 2 months when I asked for a refund because I had found a job on my own, their reply was "wait for 6 months". 8. When I wrote back I am not prepared to wait and demanded my refund, they started issuing threats of taking legal action costing me thousands and taking me to court. When I checked on the internet, I was surprised and dismayed to see several blogs devoted to complaints against this site and other people also mentioned of being threatened with getting arrested at Dubai airport if they ever went there, blacklisting them with companies and the litany goes on... 9. If you call their Toronto number, nobody ever answers and if they call you back it is with disguised numbers. Having talked with other people, it seems that thousands have been duped already and these scamsters are cleaning up a neat amount every month. I suspect they do not have any physical office at all and there are just 1 or 2 guys running this internet based fraud.

They are scammers. If you deny payment they start using foul language. They don't have a physical address and use fake information and photos on their testimonials page. I believe the positive reviews are from themselves.

This is what i received from these people. Its all a fraud and i've realized it after paying $85 in Canadian currency. They really prey on the desperation of wanting to find a job. Their ability to call on a daily just to follow up payment is scary, which you wont realize until its late. Because i didn't make the lumpsome $340 transaction, i was told i'd be blacklisted in Dubai and never allowed to work there ever again

DubaiJobs.net False commitment, abusive language

Dear Sir /Madam,
I hereby appeal for HELP..
I Renuka Sheth an Architect; from India hold respectable senior level position. I was looking for a job in UAE for better prospects and my lure to learn architectural technology in Dubai and came across following website
http://www.dubaijobs.net/about.html
I sent my resume to them initially, and they gave prompt response saying there is many suitable vacancies for undersign and have received 78 hits from employers, but my detail application will be forwarded to the employers, subject to I pay 85 Canadian refundable deposit. I after that kept on receiving payment demand notice, saying employer are interested in my profile but my contact details will be forwarded once I enroll with “Dubai Jobs” by paying requisite fees.

It was mentioned/ committed in their service that after paying requisite fees “We can simply go to the (jobs) page of the website, whichever job we are interested in, simply click on the (Apply) button, Dubai Jobs will then reply to us in 1- 2 days”. It was also mentioned that if we do not get job money will be refunded back in 6 months.

Undersign hence paid requisite fees as under on 8th July.
Receipt

Transaction Time: Jul 08, 2014 09:39 AM
Gateway ID: 12816
Receipt Number: [protected].41A4
Sales Order Number: 14299
Transaction Type: eCommerce
Authorization Code: 369727

Billing Information

Name: RENUKA SHETH
Company (Optional): renuka sheth

Card Type:
VI
Card Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx0008

Order Details

Code Quantity Description Unit Price Subtotal
001 1 Processing/Service Payment (International Candidates) 85.00 85.00
Canadian Dollar Total 85.00

After that I applied to many openings almost +25 nos., and my application is almost on verge of completing a month, but have not got single response from “ Dubai Jobs “ on status of my application nor any direct response from the employer, though Dubai Jobs were supposed to respond in 2 days on status. On checking with them over email many times why they are not responding? in vain NO REPLY, until I wrote to them, if they do not respond undersign, will have to take appropriate legal action. On this I received threatening, abusive reply from Rory of Dubai Jobs as under highlighted in RED colour

1) if you want to go war, then we will also

2) we will file your name with the UAE immigration and the UAE embassy

3) your name will go into the UAE recruiters network with a red flag (for ALL employers in the UAE to star away from you

4) then we will let our lawyers file a lawsuit in the UAE courts against your name

NOW, WHAT IS YOUR EXACT QUESTION.

I was surprised on this mail, he is not even bothered to solve my query, on why after making payment they are not responding? and with above mail he is openly threatening me so that I don’t ask any question on why they are not responding to my application if they had many openings for me? I tried calling them but in vain.

Sir, It’s my earnest request to verify on their website ”ABOUT US “ Page and pl view their service commitment.

I hereby; earnestly request your good self to HELP undersign to recover her money as I cannot wait for 6 months with no update on my application status nor any movement on my registered Id created by them. Further please check on their authentic existence so that they cannot do wrong to other candidate.

Regards,

RENUKA SHETH

Please don't believe all these fake positive reviews. This is completely a scam. After applying (I haven't paid) they keep sending me mail that my cv received 447 hits and I should pay. After 15 emails in one day I replied just saying "scammers" and this is their reply to me.

Its a scam and fraud website, they reply within minutes of your application that you have lots of employers interested in you and want to hire you, and you need to pay 85 $ to continue your application. Once you pay its game over they never contact you back and say good bye to your money.

Employers would never want money to process the things. Secondly, these crazy people working with Dubai jobs.net might be biggest scammers on the planet earth.
They sent me the same type of email that employer has chosen my resume and I need to pay 85 Canadian dollars to activate my account. Instead of paying, I just searched in Google about the falsehood of Dubaijobs.net and it is a fake website, fabricating lies. Don't lose your money. Look people I have worked in UAE for 2 years as a doctor and employers, companies etc do not need our money.
