Dr K.D Tshidibi / Service and Treatment

I am issuing this complaint today on 12/01/2016 about Dr K.D.Tshidbi In the Arwyp medical suits!!! My mother Lindsery Young and fiance Cathrin Morrel visited Dr K.D Tshibdbi today 12 of January 2016 and we are extreamly upset with the service and treatment received. Firstly my mother had been in Arwyp general ward on the 6th floor for a very infected foot that risks amputation, mentioned to her by DR Tshidibo during her stay and was discharged last week Wednesday 06/01/2015 and had an appointment today. At Dr Tshidibo Dr Rooms after waiting sometime my mother with my fiance finally saw Dr Tshidibo for 10 minutes and during this period he was on a personal call while assessing my mothers foot which he had hurt in the process. He also asked my fiance to type a message on his own cell phone to send to another Doctor (Dr Forrel we believe it to be)for another opinion, Why i do not know! My Fiance took this number down on her own phone and my mother called him to try arrange an appointment afterwards. My mother was not communicated to that she needed tom pay a R400.00 follow up fee so she had left with out paying this fee. She then received a nasty phone call from Doctor Tshidibo saying that she had no right to phone Dr Forrel, that she is not to step another foot in his office again and was threatened that legal judgment will be taking against her for the R400.00 follow up fee. Last week Wednesday 06/01/2016 my mother was supposed to have an operation to clear the infection which did not happen, instead she was discharged after demanding to see Dr Tshidibi who postponed the operation to this week Wednesday 13/01/2016 which is not happening now. We Please require a new Doctor immediately to help with my mothers foot before she looses it! Regards Sean Young [protected]
