I have done business with Dom's Outdoor Outfitters several times in the past with no problem. That changed drastically recently.

I placed 2 orders about a week and a half apart with issues on both orders. On both orders there was a problem with them short shipping one item. There inventory was incorrect twice in that time period. On the second order they charged my credit card twice for the same transaction. That was corrected after I complained to customer service. I emailed then asking for a good will gesture to soothe my dissatisfaction with their company. I requested they pay return freight on a shirt that I was not happy with and pay freight on a shirt I wanted to replace it. The customer service rep emailed me back and said they couldn't do that, but would ship the replacement shirt freight free. She requested that I please advise her on what I wanted them to do. I reluctantly accepted the offer and emailed back twice with no reply. I finally called to find out why I had not heard back from her and she said she had not received my emails (funny, she got the first one!). I told the young lady I would accept the offer on the free freight for the replacement shirt and asked her to check stock on the shirt. She said she would check and call me back that afternoon. She did not call back, so I called her back the next day. She said she had been trying to locate the shirt (for 24 hours I assume) and had not had a chance to call me back. She then said she would continue to attempt to find the shirt and call me back later that day. That was 2 weeks ago, still no call.

I will no longer do business with a company that can't manager their inventory, billing and customer service employees!
