$60 for 1 adult and 2 children to ride this 15 minute simulator. Something is set wrong on this ride- it hurt! The kids wanted to leave before it was done- we were holding ourselves out of the seats to avoid the seat slamming. When I asked for a contact name the witless employee said he didn't "know nothin".
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree 100%. I paid over $70 for 2 adults and 3 kids. This was the biggest piece of garbage on Niagara's entertainment area. The ride was a joke. The middle screen was not in sync with the left or the right. It sprayed WATER at you during specific points in the movie...thanks, I don't want I-have-no-idea-where-it-originated-from water sprayed on me.
The seats jolted up and down on cheap old hydrolics so bad, my girlfriend had to see her doctor the following day.
Oh, and last but not least - the graphics are so bad on the screen you will actually LAUGH out loud.
Go anything BUT this so-called attraction.
