Diamond Doctor is the worst in the retail jewelry business around. Stands apart? It's the polar opposite of what a business should be run like. Diamond Doctor runs on scams and cuts corners at every possible moment to cheat their customers and begin burning a hole in their pockets, not really caring about the outcome. They claim to have the best diamonds from across the world using international mining reserves but they must be getting the last cuts that are usually thrown away so they can save money or something, that or they want to capitalize on their efforts in any way they see fit. Diamond Doctor has bad quality products full stop, they sell apparently GIA Certified diamonds and jewelry to customers yet there have been multiple cases where diamond downgrading has been found in the store. They're runing their own name this way and it's not ever going to benefit future customers, clients or partners in wanting to do business with them. Dallas Cowboys? They'd be the first to go. And their customer service? Absolutely appalling, I have never seen such bad customer service in all my years of buying jewelry within Texas and other states I've visited. Don't even bother to look them up, Diamond Doctor are the worst business to go to for diamonds and I've truly had a diamond doctor scam experience - they're a fraudulent company. Never go there.

    We take pride in offering only the best quality diamonds that have been appraised by recognized third parties. Our prices are always in line with these apprasials.

    If any customer is not happy with the quality of any item purchased from us, we will gladly exchange it or give an immediate refund. This has been our policy since the day we opened in 2002.

    If you are willing to come to our store with the item(s) you purchased from us, along with the receipt, not only can you return the item(s) you bought from us for a full refund, I will personally give you a $1000 credit toward anything we offer to offset your feelings of disappointment with our service. We are looking forward to the opportunity to rectify this matter.
