I have been a free trial member for a short time on www.datemyage.com. I wanted to cancel my membership on 19 December 2018. They were quick to response and dealt with it diligently however when I received my credit card statement, I saw charges USD15.99 four times on 19 December 2018. I wrote to their customer service "support@datemyage.com" and asked for a refund of the total amount of USD63.96. There was no response. I called their customer service +1 800 291 5025. I spoke with Dmitriy who had limited English but was very good at quibbling. He offered to refund USD20.00 by constantly repeating "I offer the following". He then offered 15.99, then claimed that I purchased a package. I was a free trial member and purchased nothing. This is plain robbery. I want my money fully refunded.

I wanted to cancel my membership and delete my account on 19th December 2018. My credit card statement revealed a charge of USD15.99 four times on 19th December 2018 by datemyage.com. I received no reply to my email of claim to their customer service twice. I did telephone them but I was held on the phone by someone called Dmitriy with a lot of quibbles and very limited English. He offered me to pay USD15.99, then USD20.00, then none of it, by saying that I used their services.
I want the full refund USD15.99 x 4 = USD63.96 (TL350.60 as it appears on my statement).
