Cycleplicity Review: Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product
I recently had a terrible experience with Cycleplicity. I was excited to receive a new Cobra light bar, but to my surprise, the bulb was blown as soon as I opened the package. When I reached out to customer service, their solution was for me to buy another. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. I spoke to 3 different "managers," and each one was ruder than the last.
To make matters worse, I was constantly put on hold for 8-9 minutes at a time. I understand that sometimes it takes a few minutes to get through to the right person, but this was incredibly frustrating. It almost seemed like they were hoping I would hang up or something.
And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, Cycleplicity had the nerve to send me a buyer survey promising a $5 refund if I filled it out. I never received the refund, and when I tried to follow up on it, customer service was no help at all.
Overall, I cannot recommend Cycleplicity to anyone. They're complete criminals who don't have any business being in business. I'm currently fighting the whole thing through my credit card company, and I hope nobody else has to go through this. Do yourself a favor and don't spend a single penny with this company.
Disappointing customer service experience with Cycleplicity - A cautionary tale!
I just had my first go at ordering from Cycleplicity, and while I did get my package on time, I was bummed out to find that they sent me the wrong dang seat. Bummer! So, I decided to give their customer service a call to see if I could get it sorted out. Hoo boy, was that a mistake. I sat on hold for a whopping 48 minutes, listening to the dang prompts telling me that I was "next in line." But after hanging on forever, I never even got to talk to an actual person! Just kept getting transferred from one robot to the next, with longer and longer wait times between them. What a bunch of malarkey!
So, I clicked over to the customer service link on their website and sent them a message that way, and got an automated reply saying that I'd hear back from them within 24 hours. Well, guess what, it's been over 24 hours and all I've gotten so far is a dang survey asking me how I felt about their customer service! Are they joshing me? What gives, Cycleplicity?
All in all, this experience has left me feeling pretty dang frustrated. I mean, I wanted to like these folks, I really did. They had good prices and all that jazz, but if they're gonna leave me hanging like this when something goes wrong, I just don't know if I can trust 'em.
Of course, maybe I just had bad luck this time around. Maybe if I give 'em another shot down the line, things will go better. But right now, all I can say is that I'm not overly impressed with Cycleplicity's customer service skills. Oh well, c'est la vie, I guess.

Alright, so I ordered something from Cycleplicity and let me tell you, I was seriously bummed when I got it. It wasn't what I was expecting at all! They told me I had to wait for a return merchandise number, which didn't come until the next day. That's a whole day I had to sit around and wait for an answer! I mean, come on!
Plus, when I originally ordered the thing, I paid $24 extra for expedited shipping. But when it came time to return it, I had to pay for the shipping myself. That was another $24 down the drain! So, all in all, I'm out $48 for something I didn't even use. And on top of that, they hit me with a 10% restocking fee! Seriously, they just put it back on the shelf and charged me for it. That's not right. Needless to say, I won't be buying from Cycleplicity again.

Thank goodness for Amazon, though. They looked into it from their end and saw the payment. They even told me that Cycleplicity could see it too and that they needed to cancel it for the payment to be removed from my account. Amazon has been great throughout this whole mess.

He straight up told me that I shouldn't trust the pictures on their website because they're just "stock photos"! Like, okay dude, how are we supposed to shop online then?!

In the end, I ended up losing out on the part I actually needed and it was a complete waste of my time and money. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and steer clear of Cycleplicity. Cycleplicity Review: Sweet Deals, But Disappointing Customer Service
I gotta admit, placing an order with Cycleplicity was a breeze! Got some sweet wheels and tires for a steal of a price - my wallet was happy dancing all night long, yo!
But then, I realized I was actually just ordering the wheels and tires. Not a full-on, cool-dude dolly like I thought. So, I hit up customer service ASAP to cancel my mistake. The lady on the phone said she'd file it down, no sweat.
Imagine my surprise when two days later, a package showed up at my doorstep. It was the order I thought I cancelled! I reached out to Cycleplicity to find out what was going on. They said they were looking into it... and then nothing. For 4 or 5 days! That's just not cool, man.
Eventually, after more emails on my end and some more hemming and hawing on theirs, they finally said I could return the wheels and tires... but at my own cost. That set me back $27. And honestly, that's not cool at all, bud. I had cancelled the order as soon as I realized my mistake - I shouldn't have had to pay for shipping when Cycleplicity was the one who screwed up. They should reimburse me for that, no questions asked.
All in all, I'm not super impressed with Cycleplicity. Sure, they had a sweet deal, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. It's just common courtesy to make things right when you're in the wrong, ya know? Yo, so I was checking out Cycleplicity (cycleplicity.com) and I gotta say the price was pretty sick, but I was kinda bummed they didn't offer free shipping. Like, I get it, they gotta make their money, but still. I didn't have all day to search for the same item with free shipping, you feel me?
Honestly, if they had offered free shipping, I would have been all about adding Cycleplicity to my "frequent shopper list". But then I called to ask about shipping and the customer service rep was a total jerk about it. Like, what's up with that?
I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda tight on time right now, so I just went ahead and got the item from Cycleplicity. But if I had more time, I would have found it somewhere else for cheaper AND with free shipping. But whatever, at least Cycleplicity had it in stock.

I gotta be real with y'all, Cycleplicity had me seeing red. I'm shook that they're still in business 'cause they couldn't get my order right to save their life. I put in my order before Thanksgiving and it took them WEEKS to get it to me. By the time it finally showed up, it was just two weeks before Christmas and they'd sent me the wrong thing! Now I've gotta go through a whole lotta rigmarole to get it shipped back so I can get what I actually ordered. I'm hopin' it'll get here by Valentine's Day, but who knows?
Now, Cycleplicity does have some pretty decent prices, but if they're gonna make you wait a whole dang month before they send you anything, is it even worth it? Ordered Backup driver backrest from image for BMW K1600. Received passenger backrest. Contacted company by email. No reply for 1 week then promise to have rep contact me in 24 hours. Never happened. Contacted 2 more times with same result. Eventually got email response with extreme return conditions and tight window with no exchange option. NEVER heard from rep. Still waiting goingvon a month.

Seller accused me, but he provided empty box and he was responsible for this crap
I bought brakes from the company www.cycleplicity.com. Total rip off. I received empty box from them, but the seller didn’t believe me and started to argue with me. He told me a lot of unpleasant and accused me. He told that I wanted money and brakes at the same time. Also he told me that I tried to scam them. It was lie. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Their website is set up so it doesn't appear that when your order - the order actually is completed - so you try to order again -- ultimately creating Duplicate orders charged to your card without your knowledge. It's only when you receive an email confirmation do you learn the order was processed.
When I sent an email within a few minutes to their customer service Dept, as well as a follow up phone call to them to cancel the orders they gave me the run around and their automated system sent 5 orders out and charged my card for all of them -- it's been a huge hassle REFUSING their automated shipments and they can care less and do nothing about their screwed up e-commerce site.
Staff unwillingly solves clients' problems
I ordered motorcycle tires from the website www.cycleplicity.com. The seller delivered it on time, but it wasn’t the same tires that I ordered. I called the customer services twice, and they unwillingly decided to change the tires. It took 2 weeks, before someone from this company contacted me again and told that my ordered tires were out of stock. They didn’t offer me any solutions, and when I asked for refund, the seller was negatively-spirited. I’m still waiting for my money, but I won’t recommend this company. Worst services ever.
