On Tuesday Sept. 4, 2018 Me and my wife was in the market to purchase a new ford Focus. We came to this location due to having previous encountering with a very honest and trustworthy sales rep by the name of Adam Geiger in our past experience of visiting Cronin Ford. On Sept. 4 2018 Adam was able to assist me and my wife until he had to leave (which was no big deal because we did not set up an appointment ) but handed us over to another sales rep very professional manner. We test drove a new ford focus 22k and it did not run right and brought it up when arrived back to the lot. We asked to see about financing on the focus of 22k without running my credit anyways to see where we would be on payments. We told the sales rep that we have Kemba credit union already and financing would not be a problem. Sales rep left his cubical to talk to the finance manager and came back with a price of 18k but the monthly payments were still to high for our goal. My wife was just curious about a used ford fusion and gave them the exact make and model she liked. The sales rep gave us a price and estimate monthly payment and after making a deal the payment was lowered to our price range. I told the sales rep that I would rather have the new focus but he did not seem to care and tried to push the used ford fusion instead of the new ford focus. After discussing the cars over with my wife we agreed to purchase the used ford focus and we signed the agreement paper to run your credit. We then told the salesman that Kemba credit union is who we used for auto loans. After waiting for about 15 to 30 mins the salesman came back and said we was approved. When in the office with the fiance manager he said we were approved thru Huntington bank at a 7% interest. We again said we deal with Kemba credit union and would have a 3% interest. The Finance Manger stated that they do not deal with Kemba credit union but wrote us up a buyers receipt to take it to Kemba credit union and also wanted us to drive the used fusion home. Next day my wife called Kemba credit union and they stated that they were a lender for Cronin Ford Harrison Ohio and that they had lied to us. I went on Cronin Ford website to call and seen the advertisement for a new ford focus 2018 model the one we test drove 15k for the same price as the used ford fusion 15k. After calling this location to speak with a manager, the phone just rang and no voicemail came on, so went on the website and wrote my complaint along with my email and phone number and still have not heard from them. Cronin Ford needs to be investigated on their management of running that location. After dealing with all of that I can say I, Cronin Ford will never have my business in the future for being lied to and tried to be screwed over. Word by mouth is a business killer. Northgate Ford was visited by me and my wife and a 2018 ford focus was purchased for 15k

I tried to buy a Ford truck from these guys, what a joke. It was Tuesday 3-17-09, arrive at the dealership, tell them what I want to spend. Five hours later still at the same point we started. Nothing but lies and smoke and mirror from these guy. The fianance guy is the one that really takes the cake. Quotes an interest in writng (I still have it) at 4.99 apr. I get home and check the numbers and the payment is actually based on 7.7 apr. Needless to say I didn't buy from the crooks.I did buy from Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg In. [protected]
