Moore Automotive Group My 2018 car wouldn't start, so I made an appointment for Friday at 9:30

My 2018 car wouldn't start, so I made an appointment for Friday at 9:30. But on Thursday, I had to get it towed. When I called on Friday, they said they couldn't get to it until 5 pm. I asked if they could push it to 1 pm, and they agreed. But then I didn't hear anything from them. When I called on Saturday, they didn't know where my car was. Finally, they found it, but said there were no keys and it was locked. This was 2 1/2 days later! They tried to blame the tow truck driver, but then they found the keys in someone's drawer. My husband and I went to pick up the car, but they hadn't even started working on it yet. When we asked why, Jake in service was very rude to us. He said the girl who told me it would be in the day before was new, and to have compassion. I do have compassion for new employees, but not for people who lie and try to blame others and are mean to customers. Just own up to your mistake, apologize, and try to fix it.

Moore Automotive Group We bought our Jeep Compass in March and it's been a headache ever since

We bought our Jeep Compass in March and it's been a headache ever since. Same problem keeps happening and Moore's service department won't fix it right. They just keep putting band-aids on it and we keep coming back to the shop. First problem was in June when start/stop system stopped working and navigation showed wrong city. They replaced radio and a bad battery sensor. Then in Nov 2019, start/stop wasn't working again and we had to replace main battery. Nov 2020, start/stop not working and we had to pay for new auxiliary battery. Jan 2021, computer system was faulty again and replaced for second time. Now in April 2022, main battery needs replacing AGAIN. We think it's internal wiring but Moore won't listen. Can't get ahold of anyone at the site, left messages for *** and Matt *** but no reply. Warranty expired and car needs new battery every year. We just want it fixed or compensated for future problems from faulty wiring or electrical system.

Moore Automotive Group I went to Moore Automotive Group for an airbag recall, oil change, and clutch replacement on my Jeep

I went to Moore Automotive Group for an airbag recall, oil change, and clutch replacement on my Jeep. They also suggested spark plug and exhaust system repairs, but I declined. The service writer didn't like that and didn't call me back as promised. When I called, they said there was internal damage to the transmission, but they hadn't even inspected it. They wanted to replace the exhaust system for $3,800 or they wouldn't replace the clutch. I found a cheaper quote for the exhaust repair. They only did the oil change and didn't fix the airbag recall. It seems like they only care about making money and not actually fixing the problem. Don't go here.

Moore Automotive Group I got a new car from Moore Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ on March 31st

I got a new car from Moore Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ on March 31st. The car was really dirty when I got there, and they said they just brought it from their other lot. They didn't even charge the electric part of the hybrid, which was a bummer. But I still liked the test drive and was excited to get my first hybrid car. When they brought the car back after detailing, they didn't even fill up the gas tank like they said they would. They said it was on purpose so I could see the "F" on the gauge. I had to figure out how to set the outside temperature on my own because the person who was supposed to show me didn't know how. They also didn't fill up the windshield washer fluid, which was annoying. After driving the car for a few days, I had to charge it every night. On the third night, the charging process had a fault, and I had to take it to my local Chrysler dealer. They found that the 12V battery needed to be replaced, and they're still working on it. Moore Automotive Group said they did everything they were supposed to do and that I had to take it up with the manufacturer if I had any more issues. They wouldn't let me back out of the deal, and I never heard back from the owner of the dealership. I think they knew the car was problematic and weren't honest with me. I've never had such a bad experience with a dealership before, so I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Moore Automotive Group I found a deal on Truecar.com for a Jeep Renegade at Moore Automotive Group

I found a deal on Truecar.com for a Jeep Renegade at Moore Automotive Group. The price was $15,002 before tax and title. But when I contacted the dealer, they said the car was actually $19,202 before tax and title. They also said they would only negotiate if I came to the dealership, even though their website says you can buy from home.

Moore Automotive Group I had a bad experience with the Moore Automotive Group

I had a bad experience with the Moore Automotive Group. I had to spend a lot of money on rental cars because the service department was not good. They didn't communicate well and it took them a long time to fix a small problem. It was very stressful and I couldn't get any answers when I called. They didn't apologize or show any compassion. They said they would help pay for the rental car, but they didn't. Finally, after 60 days, they gave me a loaner car. The service department is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Moore Automotive Group I got a 2015 *** Corolla S from this dealership in May

I got a 2015 *** Corolla S from this dealership in May . The process was fast and I was happy with my car! But after 2 months, I heard a weird noise in the back and a scraping sound when turning left. I took my car to my trusted shop and found out there was frame damage that they never told me about! I mean, seriously? They told me there was a little accident, but nothing about a bend in the structure. Shouldn't they have told me and written it down? My contract doesn't say anything. They lied about the car. I talked to *** today and he made me feel like an idiot. What a jerk. He acted like I caused the damage, but I just got a car report that says STRUCTURE DAMAGE. I'm going there on Tuesday (couldn't fit me in on Monday). I'll update you then.

Moore Automotive Group We bought a car from Moore Auto Group in ***, ** on 12/28

We bought a car from Moore Auto Group in ***, *** on 12/28. We agreed on a price of $31,027.01 with our sales rep. But when we signed the paperwork, we didn't notice that the finance team had added an alarm system, which we didn't want or talk about. This increased the final price to $31,994.51. We only realized this over a month later because it was late and dark when we signed, we had our toddler with us (COVID - didn't want to go inside), and I was 37 weeks pregnant at the time. I talked to the dealership, but they hung up on me when I asked what could be done. It's not fair to add charges during a stressful time like signing paperwork. Moore Auto should be ashamed of themselves for this dishonest practice.

Moore Automotive Group I bought a 2011 *** Veracruz from Moore Automotive Group on 2/1

I bought a 2011 *** Veracruz from Moore Automotive Group on 2/1. The next day, I called them to say the engine was making too much noise. They told me to bring it back the next day so they could check it out. I got there at 10 am on 2/3 and they gave me a loaner car. On 2/9, *** called me and said the car needed over two thousand dollars in repairs. He said we had to pay for it or choose another car or cancel the deal. I went to the dealership on 2/10 to look at another car and maybe trade it in. They said it was too late and to come back the next day. We went back on 2/11 at 5 pm but we couldn't agree on the price for the second car. They said we couldn't cancel the deal unless we bought the second car at their price. We didn't want to, so we left without our car and without canceling the deal.

Moore Automotive Group My son wanted to buy his first car at 19

My son wanted to buy his first car at 19. He went to this car place and worked with Fred F and got a deal on a 2014 ***. It was on their site for $15,995. He got a deal sheet listing the price, add ons and offer on his trade. He came home to make sure it was okay and we gave him some tips on trying to negotiate, but we were okay with the price. He went back the next day after calling the dealer to let them know he was coming and asked if they could lower the dealer prep fees. They said no and came out with a new deal sheet that was $500 more than the originally advertised price of the vehicle, now at $16,495. They said the safety inspection they did resulted in a part that was needed that has adjusted the price in the middle of a deal. He had a deal sheet for a lower price that was now not available. Maybe they shouldn't advertise the vehicle at a price before inspecting it or give a deal sheet before they are confident in their costs. This is a bait and switch situation and my son is crushed. What a bad experience for a 19-year-old to have on his first car purchase. When we emailed the sales person and the dealership leadership there was no response to several contact events. We want to report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com, the *** and of course the ***.

Moore Automotive Group Moore Automotive Group was a pretty bad experience for me

Moore Automotive Group was a pretty bad experience for me. I was signing papers and stuff, but when we got to the warranty and GAP protection services, it got worse. The finance guy, ***, was telling me about the services, but when I said I didn't want them, he got really rude. He said stuff like "You wanna throw away $6,000 when your car gets wrecked?" and "You're okay with paying tons of money for repairs?" I told him I wasn't interested, but he kept going. He even pulled out his wallet and started counting his cash, saying he wanted to make easy money. He wrote "I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BUYING GAP" on a piece of paper and tried to make me sign it. He kept rolling his eyes and saying "wow" during the rest of the paperwork. I don't know why they use scare tactics like this to sell stuff. If I say I'm not interested, they should just move on. I've bought 8 cars from dealers nearby, but I'll never go back to Moore Automotive Group and I won't recommend them to anyone.
