1. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS BEING SENT TO THE CLIENTS ("email confirmation" - trial offer information; trial period duration, fees, etc.).--- A Good strategy to confuse AND mislead their clients!
2. MAJOR COMPLAINS on the effects of their "health and beauty products" to their client's health. --- Their products are not duly authorized by the BFAD counterpart in the US.
3. A HUMONGOUS NUMBER OF DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS ADDRESSED TO THE BUSINESS BUREAU --- Particularly due to the following:
a. Unauthorized charging to client's credit card --- automatic enrollment to membership even if the trial period (as stated in the terms & conditions "CLIENT WILL ONLY BE CHARGED OF AUTO-SHIPMENT/MEMBERSHIP ONCE TRIAL PERIOD LAPSED") is still covered.
b. Continous charging to clients credit card EVEN IF THE ACCOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED!
4. NEVER-ENDING SALARY DISPUTE (Worst of all--'coz salary matters to each and every employees!); UNPAID RD-OT; NIGHT DIFFERENTIALS, SALARY ADJUSTMENT (from training allowance to regular pay upon passing the training period) etc.
5. CONTRACT STATES: 3-weeks of TRAINING; 2-WEEKS "PRODUCT TRAINING" & 1 WEEK "NESTING PERIOD";
IN REALITY: 2-DAYS "PRODUCT TRAINING" ONLY! THEN, YOU'LL GO LIVE THE 3RD DAY! --- why? because they lack people to answer calls and provide misleading information and explanation to their clients!---
Also, trainees are only provided TRAINING ALLOWANCE (MINIMUM PAY) for the 3-weeks training period; but upon signing the contract for probationary status, after passing the training; CONTRACT STATES: "SALARY WILL BE PRO-RATED"
TRUTH OF THE MATTER: "refer to #4" ...
GUYS, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME READING THEIR ADS COZ THERE'S NO TRUTH TO THAT.. THEY ARE ALL BUT ATTRACTIVE OFFERS WHEN IN FACT, THEY'RE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
PEOPLE RESIGN FROM TIME TO TIME DUE TO LACK OF SECURITY AT WORK, NEVER ENDING SALARY DISPUTES, SCAM ACCOUNTS AND POOR WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

Hey guys, I've been here with this company for 6 months I was terminated because of my absences but that's not the point. The point is this company is sucks! The management doesn't know how to take care of their employees. All they know is to get money from their poor customers without knowing that their credit card was already in bad hands. And imagine I already cleared in this company last May 2010 but until now I haven't received my backpay and everytime I call the security guards which is all "visaya" will answer you that your name was not listed on their records. Really sucks!
Hi Guys Beware of this company ! Especially the people in HR and finance they are a scammer ! All about the good comments here are incorrect ! I believe that one of the HR personnel wrote it! LOL
All the bad comments are true especially in regards with back pay! And imagine the person who will entrertain you regarding that matter is the security guards ! OMG what kind of company is that the security guards do the role of HR as well. The person who will answer the phone if you have inquiry are the security guards they handling reception too... Where are you guys?

The pantry sucks yes we have free lunch but for P25 only if you want to eat you need to add P15 ! It is ok if the food is great but you will eat together with some cockroach! Ewwwww...

YES! Its really a scam company, i resigned here last november and until now im still waiting for my tax refund or am i just waiting for nothing? Beware of this company!

I worked there for almost a year, well if your pay is not disputable; you will get it 5 hours after the initial schedule.
The pantry is well organized, as you may see some "unitentional clients" visits us there lol. Well you will get a free meal, for some veggies and rice, and sometimes not cooked well. If you want extra special meals you need to add extra charge
Appraisals, too low and too small. Violations and terminations, as fast as the broadband connection can deliver.
Back pay? not acutally, you will only get your last pay and 13th month IN PRORATE after 90 WORKING DAYS EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS! NOT REALLY! IT TOOK US 150 CALENDAR DAYS OR MORE THAN THE WORKING DAYS THEY SCHEDULED
POOR FACILITIES, MISHANDLED EMPLOYEES, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK? IN FACT THAT THE PHIL. NBI (Like the Feds) RAIDED IT'S FACILITY FOR HANDLING PORN SITES!
Hi friends, I just want to share how happy I am today. I am happy because this is my third month in contact center com.
Contact Center Com is a call center company located in Makati City. It is an outsourcing business which really provide good job for filipinos. They are continuously hiring individuals who are very highly motivated and willing to be trained as a call center agent.
As a call center agent in CCC you are to handle US based clients. They will ask you to help them with their concerns and you should be willing to assist them.
I can say that I have a better job in Contact Center Com as a phone support. I really enjoy what I am doing, helping people to solve their minor problems.
Working as a call center agent in this company is really worth it. I am earning a high salary. I apologize but for some legal reason I am not allowed to tell you how much I am earning in a month. But let me tell you, you can really make a lot of savings. They also offer good incentives like referral bonus, perfect attendance and spiffs.
On top of your salary, there are also free meal. You will be given a meal stubs that is good to buy 5 meals in a week. Foods in our pantry are cook well. The area is well sanitized.
The account I handled there is so easy. The system that we are using is easy to navigate and concerns of the customers can be resolved in just 2 minutes. Account that I handle in Contact Center Com is four times easier than to my previous call center work.
Apart from the salary and the easy job I handled, the best part that I really like about this company is the teamwork and unity. The management is very humble and very eager to train their agents. They are really dependable and will really help you to grow in this kind of industry.
But of course, if there are good things there are also things that you need to sacrifice. The night shift. If you are a person that is not used to spending your night outside your bedroom, I think you will not be comfortable in this kind of job. But if you can adjust your body clock, it’s just a matter of patience and motivation.
So friends, if you are looking for a better career and would really want to try a call center job. I highly recommend this company to you. Rest assured that they have an easy application process. The amazing part their is the one day hiring process.

Guys, heads up... what a scam company! imagine itong payday nmin i got 1000 sa sweldo ko ung mga kasamahan ko walang sweldo i report them to TV station para matigil na kanilang scam operations / nagkamali sila ng binangga! scam na nga ccount scam pa ang palakad sa employees
