foundation and service
I went to David jones at kotara and bought the new beyond foundation as advised by the consultant. I explained to her that I have sensitive skin and the product I had bought in the past was no longer available as it worked great. When I used it my skin reacted badly and it was too dark as well, very thick. I specifically asked for a liquid foundation so it would look better. I tried to return the product and she refused and was rude to me. I was so upset as I paid $55 for it hoping I would have the same result as the previous foundation I use to buy. I'm afraid now to use Clinique, as the reaction was so bad. What can I do about it? I still have the receipt and haven't used it since. Its almost full
clinique quickliner for eyes
Hello,
I'm writing about a recurring problem I've had with Clinque Quickliner For Eyes. Several times with subsequent pencils, when they reach the end (which is hard to determine because of the clouded pencil), the end breaks off and goes into my eye.
Ordinarily I've been able to flick it away from my lower lid, but this morning, it got lodged in my lower lid and it took me a long time to retrieve it. This seems very dangerous to me.

You probably didn't expect that Clinique products can be bad. This company has a great reputation because many people are happy with what they sell.
But there are other people who weren't satisfied. Moreover, I wouldn't claim their products are the highest quality and bring result. Yes, people are different, have different types of skin and so on and on.
However, their Repairwear Laser Focus Wrinkle Correcting Eye Cream is absolutely useless, my wrinkles haven't changed and not disappeared, even though I followed all the instructions. It also was really overpriced.
What I can recommend is to read reviews before placing an order.

I am writing to you with a big disappointment. My mum and I are big fans of the Clinique Aromatics perfume and has been using it for some time. 3 months ago I order the perfume on taka lot .com which was a gift to my mother. We received it well packed but to our surprise and disappointment the perfume does not smell at all like the aromatics we know.

Men's oil control exfoliating tonic
I've used this since college (over 25 years) and find the formula has weakened over the past several years. The sting or tingle it was known for is gone and it is far less effective. In fact, it feels oily. I have oily skin and have had more skin breakouts of late. Please return to the other formula 4 1/2. I live in the south eastern US and we have a very humid climate. I have more of a baby face and am subject to breakouts.

I'm not satisfied with Clinique service and their products. I have purchased something from this website www.clinique.com and returned the product because I did not like it. I also had a small allergic reaction to their products. It took them forever to refund my money and I argued with them a lot. I have no idea why it took so long but all that time I was in a stress and I really thought they scammed me. I do not recommend buying from Clinique.
Online Shopping
I purchased items from Clinique online. An amount was deducted from my bank account but I never received an order number. I contacted the call centre a day after who advised it was a technical error and they will confirm the order and call me if they encounter any issues. A day after I didn't receive an order number or call. I contacted the call centre and spoke to the rude Carol Maleka who is a CONSUMER SERVICE MANAGER. Carol is extremely rude, she basically argued every statement and asked me how they/ Estee can avoid technical error like I flipping work in the technical department! She was a total b who acted on an emotional response. When I asked for a refund she told me "the money is there" not sure where? The money is still reserved for Clinique so I cannot understand where the money is. Carol continued to argue pretending she is the customer and I should respect her! Clinique did not help me pay for my order, so please do send your staff "Carol Maleka" for proper training on banking, technology, respect and understanding how to react in a professional manner. I am totally disgusted!
Online Shopping
I purchased items via online shopping. The money was deducted off my account however I never received an order confirmation. I contacted the call centre a day after and was advised that there was a technical error and they will process my order and if they need to query anything they will contact me. A day after I still didn't receive my order number so I called the call centre and spoke to Carol who was so rude to me. She actually argued everything I said to a point where I had to tell her I do not want to argue with you. The order was eventually cancelled, however I nit not even sure if my money will be refunded. Hello to the rude, disrespectful behaviour from Clinique Managers and Staff!
Product is not good quality anymore
Clinique is advertising its products as very sensitive to skin. I was using them for half a year and had no problems what so ever but in past several months I started to get rash around my nose, weeks later it got even worse. I decided to stop using Clinique for a while and since then no signs of rash. Either quality of product changed to the worse or it has long term negative effect.
rude and unhelpful
I went to clinique to purchase a beauty item and the two women working there were flat out rude and unhelpful. They didn't try to help me what so ever and were very very unprofessional. They offered me the product i was looking for in men's beauty and that was clearly a major disappointment for me not listening to what i needed and why would they offer something in men's?! They were both useless and should not be working there with attitudes like that. Eventually one they found my product i was looking for and could not wait to get out of there. Never ever am i going to clinique in macys at danbury fair mall again. Very bad people working in the cosmetic department!

I do not know where Clinique got my cellphone number. They sent me a service message at 23h30, while i was asleep, waking me up. How dare they? could I please have the name and cellno of the CEO and responsible person in order to wake them up at random at night.

Dr.Jennyfer Faridy Cocco
I went in for a Breast lift, paid 6, 650 and did not get good results at all. The scaring is terrible, the breast are still were they were from the beginning, the nipples are not shaped correctly, one breast is crooked and Dr. Cocco is not willing to fix it or reimburse me for anything. I went to another plastic surgeon for a second opinion and he said she did a really bad job and now I have to re-pay to get them fixed. Dr.Cocco is very unethical!

Clinique has great products for all types of skin and different ages. I love the facial mask which I use once a week, I also use the foundation which is liquid based and goes on so soft. I hate when makeup cakes on and feels dry and heavy. They also have great blushes which have sparkles in them to make you shine. I like the eye shadows also, they blend together so nicely, and their mascara is great, it doesn't go on clunky at all. And of course their face wash products and moisturizers are awesome to clean your skin and keep it fresh and clear. I won't use any other type of makeup product, they have the best quality I feel, and it's affordable to buy.
I totally disagree with the comments! I feel someone is just bad mouthing Dr. Cocco they my want perfection, I'm sure their body was not perfect to begin with...So how do you get that from imperfect body...Dr's are not miracle workers..
I can speak from experience, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan.27.2012 ended up having 3 surgery's, in a 5 week period, none were done by Dr Cocco..Got e-coli from hospital, suffered with that and ended up not having any skin left to put implant in, found Dr. Cocco who does the d.i.e.p. flap. They have the most caring staff, they got me in two weeks.Dr. Cocco is awesome, even after a almost 13 hr surgery she spent a half hour talking to my family, no dr has ever done that before. All i can say is she a very caring and compasionate doctor.I would recommend her to anyone!
I will be in surgery today AGAIN so that my plastic surgeon can ix what this person that callas herself a doctor did to me. I have has 5 surgeries trying to fix what this Dr.Jennyfer Cocco has done. I know this doctor very well and she is just not experiences enough and thinks She's better then anyone else because she's a surgeon.She has performed bad surgery and fires her patients if they complain. Lots of great doctors in Dallas so find a board certified doctor with good credential. Be careful and do your homework, it's your body and could be your life...
I went to this doctor for the new silicone breast implants and a breast lift. I have now had 2 surgeries to FIX what she did to me! She is NOT BOARD CERTIFIED and hopefully will never get because she does not deserve it! I have read several negative ratings and stories on this doctor and do not recommend at all! She is a heartless, unethical woman! Please do your set each and beware of this doctor. She has cost me lista of money and pain in my life.
This Doctor Jennyfer Cocco has destroyed part of my life. I went in for a breast lift and she left me with terrible scared breast. The lift was unsuccessful and now I am left with emotional and physical scars! BE WARE OF THIS PERSON that calls herself a doctor.

I do not agree with those couple of posts! I was a patient of Dr. Cocco's and I highly recommend her for anybody out there that is thinking about having cosmetic surgery done. I had a breast reduction done and both the surgical and healing process went smoothly and way better than expected. They are now perky and better than I imagined! Dr. Cocco performed a different surgical technique on me and now the scars are minimal and not as apparent as a normal breast reduction surgery, not to mention that this technique is much harder to perform and takes twice as long. Not only does this doctor perform the surgery well, she genuinely cares about her patients. I have received quite a few phone calls from Dr. Cocco herself asking how I was feeling and how the healing is going. I accidently made a cut to my chest and immediately Dr. Cocco asked to see me. She even called me to schedule a visit in with her the very next day. It is rare to find doctors out there who genuinely care like how Dr. Cocco cares. -CN
After reading some of the negative postings about Dr. Cocco, I have to put in a few remarks of my own in defense of Dr. Cocco. In my 20 years of experience as an anesthesiologist who provides services to numerous patients who had cosmetic breast surgeries, I have seen many similar complications as described by our posters in this complaints board. Complications like these happen even under the hands of the best plastic surgeons. In my professional life, I have the privilege to work with many plastic surgeons and I found Dr. Cocco to be as competent, if not better, than most of her colleagues. Isolated incidents of complications and patient dissatifaction do happen with any surgery, specially cosmetic surgeries; therefore, as a medical professional, I put more value on the volume of consistent good and satisfactory outcomes on patients rather than the isolated, unexpected, complications.
I was a patient of Dr.Jenyfer Faridy Cocco. She performed a breast lift on me and the results are a total disaster! My breast are in the same place as they were from the beginning but the situation is worst because I now have a terrible scars and I have lost all feeling of my breast. It has been 6 months since the surgery and I still suffer from pain on my breast. I went in for a meeting with her and told her about how devastated I was and she said she would reimburse me so that I could go to a more experienced surgeon to get them fixed and SHE NEVER DID! What she DID DO was sent me a letter telling me that she could no longer see me as a patient. WHAT!? I have no choice but to hire an attorney at this point and report her to The Texas Medical Board. I have now spoken to other Plastic Surgeons and they have all agreed that she is very unethical.
I went in for an appointment with this Doctor and came out more confused than when I first went in. She seems to not know what she’s talking about. I think she need more field experience!
Rude customer service on the phone
I order from Clinique yesterday. I was really happy with the service I got from Belk. I want to go back and buy some more from her, but because I couldn't go yesterday, I decided to order online instead. I wish I have never order it online. I probably wouldn't have to experience the bad experience.
I place the order. Later I got an email that said it was unable to process through and for me to call them. I call the phone they provided me.
The guy I talk to on the phone was KIT. I ask what's wrong with the card. He told me the address didn't match. I ask him if I need to call the bank. I need to know what I should do next to make the order go through. He told me I don't need to call the bank. He just kept on repeating the address don't match. I told him maybe it's because I just change the address that day. My husband had forgotten the address on the card since we move so much and I have updated it. I ask if that could be the problem. He just told me the address don't match. Why is he arguing with me? He was so harsh with me. I don't understand why he would want to argue. I am so UPSET!
ACCUSATION OF A THEFT
I ordered some health and beauty cream from Macy’s it’s the soap, astringent and face lotion that I am most assured that every girl in America has used at least once in her life. Clinique’s three step system that I have used only since 2003 has made my skin very pliable to makeup and other things that I like to wear on a night out with my girlfriends and that I use to wear everyday until this happened: see details below
I had made this purchase online 4/2010, and when my package arrived everything was there however, the 2nd step in the three step system was missing, I immediately called Macy’s customer service and they assured me that my order was on its way. On the 14th of April when I still had not received my purchase I phoned them again, and was accused of trying to lie, and receive I would guess another bottle for free, why? Do I sound like someone who has nothing better to do then to sit at home trying to figure out how to steal from an ONLINE purchase? I was so angry at the thought that someone would accuse me of wanting to apprehend a FREE bottle of astringent from a company like Clinique, ’ that Macy’s delivers through an ONLINE purchase. Then I was told that the missing astringent was for sure on its way to my home, it is now May 18, 2010, and then I was told that the numbers on the box could not be read by UPS so they shipped it back to Macy’s. Then I was told that they had already delivered the item which in fact they have yet to even apologize for calling me a theft. I do not have my bottle of astringent and Macy’s is acting like they do not even know who I am. I am a consumer who takes pride in how she looks, and feels and I will tell you this I will never shop at Macy’s ever. In fact I think I am going to picket outside their store and ask people not to shop at a place that would just as soon call you a theft (on-line purchase), then to give you the missing item that we as consumers ordered.
I have work with Wal-mart and it was so fun with wonderful people and I had
an incident were I did not realize what a mistake I had made I felt so sick to stomach and was willing to pay and do anything because I had never done anything like in my life and I thought I was doing something good and turned out it was something you should not do and I said I would pay for and give up my paycheck to help or give to people that needed help and I just sat there and felt like I was in a cell. I felt so stupid and so down and I did not get help and I guess people have to be perfect to work at Wal-mart and not get a second chance even the head people do not see the person who started Wal-mart and made mistakes in his life and is that how he wanted people to be treated and that they have all these codes and writing's for people who do not deserve it and not given that chance to achieve in real life we are all Mother's and Father's and give are children a chance to work but forgive if they do something wrong and get a second chance to show that we can learn and achieve higher experiences at what Wal-mart should teach.
