China Doll Chows review: breeder refuses to send akc registration papers.

Purchased 9 week old AKC Chow Chow puppy on April 25 paid cash. Drove 300 miles to pick up pup and was informed that the registration papers had not arrived. Breeder promised to mail papers in 10 days. After many phone calls and a number of excuses, still no papers as of June 10Th . Informed breeder today I would be seeking legal recourse and filing complaint with the better business bureau. Breeder returned phone call and in a loud and rude voice wanted to know why I was in such a rush to get ABC papers and threatened to sue me for slander and defamation. In my opinion THIS IS A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BREEDER LACKING INTEGRITY AND ETHICS.
