me and my dad been trying to get increase visiting with my kids that are in cps custody in san Bernardino county and my social worker glori smiley been giving me a hard time with giving my kids back even though I finshed my court order classes and its because I had took a psych evolution and the psychologist said I am a slow learner and can't understand things right away and because of that reason my social worker is not letting me get increase visiting and having me take court order classes again and my social worker is feeling I am not safe around my kids by myself when I am staying with my dad and have his support and help. I am feeling like I am getting discriminate against and having been dealing with this case since august 23 of 2016.
Ive been having a similar issue with this same worker since 2015. Last time u went to court i was told she has retired. Now i have a truck for a new worker that only says i cant give u legal advice speak to your attorney. Ive completed every class and then some 3times i see my son 1 time a month ! The supervisor wont call me back my son cries ans cries to go home w me i constantly fight to get him home and i just dont kno what to do to get him home. These ppl are monsters. My son is still in a home where he witnessed domestic violence an now the family is going thru divorce an they still want to adopt him out.
