Below is email from Aramex – Mr Saif
Dear Mrs. Sylvia / Imran,
With reference to our telephonic conversation this morning and my explanation of the situation. Kindly find below example of email communication currently going on in the USA related to your shipment.
“ Pickup was arranged under FedEx [protected] last week – the shipment was supposed to be a crated box of 95 lbs 21x19x19 – while we received a very light box of less than 1 lb 12x9x6 with different items inside “Saliva Samples”
The box had FedEx label [protected], and original set of documents were placed inside the box (please see below pics) I called the shipper and he confirmed to me the shipment was supposed to be a heavy crate that they’ve used forklift to move it to FedEx Ground truck.
However FedEx have not been helpful to solve this case for us since the day we opened the tracer under #[protected] and today I opened another case under #[protected]
I think FedEx label might have been swapped by the FedEx agent in their hub point in either Sante Fe Springs or City of Industry in California (as shown in the tracking info under FedEx # [protected])
Aramex collects our shipment of US$ 30, 800/- and talking about refund of US$ 100/- - what kind of commitment in service is this?
