Very smooth operation. Cold called me, sweet talked me into using their services with a sky high valuation then did nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've complained and complained but it appears they are unregulated. Hiding behind the fact we are not consumers.
The whole broker industry appears full of borderline fraud, If you google the main players they all have bad press. Its like a licence to print money.
Google Cebta if you want any chance of getting out of the contracts
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I am writing this review as Chaplin Bond sold my business. I was on the market 12 months prior with a different agent. Chaplin Bond rang me asking me if i wanted to sell my business. I gave it one more throw of the dice. After 30 years of running my business i am grateful i have sold and not walked away. I would recommend this company to anyone.
This company sold my business. I was asked to send them in a fair review. I went to write a review and came across this site. I am amazed at what i have read. I had to check the company logo to make sure i was reading this right. i can assure you i received a good service. My business was sold by Chaplin Bond and NatWest happened to be the finance company they directly sent the couple that purchased my business. I cant say if these reviews our real or not but i can give you my experience and it was a good professional service. I no in this day and age you can not please everyone but i do not believe this site reflects this company.

Clueless outfit, its like hitting your head on the wall. I have applied for business details on 3 separate occasions and not got even an email back
Please contact us at info@chaplinbond we always reply with details unless its a confidential sale and the vendor refuses us permission to do so in that case we are doing a job appropriately. We have to be confidently on our vendors request so each business is different. Many Thanks
